a Great set. excellent quality
The media could not be loaded. I purchased this set because it was complete. I have 2 of the harbor Freight 3/8″ drive impact swivel socket sets and they have served me well Okay. I was shopping for the missing sizes on Amazon and came to the realization that if I purchased 15mm, 18mm and 19mm 3/8″ drive impact swivels individually in almost any brand worth owning that I would be exceeding or coming very close the cost of the Sunex 10 piece set. So it was a no brainer for me.Don’t get me wrong the Harbor Freight impact swivels are Okay and work great when the swivel pin retaining spring stays in place which is most of the time. But it’s also missing common sizes, But. All of that is forgiven because the price is only 25 dollars and they do get the job done. Most of the time.So my first thoughts on the Sunex swivel sockets where wow these things are nice especially for only 57 dollars. Then i started noticing some chinks in armor. For starters and as you will see or may have seen in the video. The square drive hole is almost perfectly square with no beveling to make installing the socket on your tool easier. While most may think this is not a big deal and it really isn’t A big deal or A deal breaker for me, but it does make putting these sockets on to your tool a bit more challenging and frustrating at times. Then i noticed that the size stamping is pretty small. I just don’t understand why tool companies assume that it’s tool buyers have exceptional vision. Again not a true deal breaker, but this is a review and I am obligated to pick nits. The good: The good thing about the sockets are that they fit fastener VERY well and it’s made of chromoly instead of chrome vanadium steel. Impact sockets are more durable when chromoly is used. Chrome vanadium has a tendency to split and crack with repeated heavy use. The fact that it does have the sizes stamped into the steel and laser etched is a plus. Even though the size stamp is small, the fact that it’s there is a plus (some sockets are only laser etched). We all know that the laser etched size will wear off. So another good point for these sockets are that the swiveling action is VERY smooth and spring-loaded so it will not go limp when you need it to be stiff the most. ha… Ohh and it comes in a nice case. The Bad: Small size stamps, square drive hole has no provisions to make installing them on your tools easier (you will need to look at them and line it up very often), the swivel pin retaining ring make the swivel socket base a bit on the larger side. Are these things deal breakers for you? You decide. For me they are not deal breakers. These are still great impact swivel sockets that gets the job done. The Verdict: Ideally you would want to have A nice set of pin-less impact swivel sockets, But right now I personally just cant Justify the cost. Spending 225-300+ for A set of pin-less swivel sockets that only offer advantages in rare situations doesn’t work for me right now. This set is not perfect, but the flaws are in places that I can live with, the company cut costs in a way that won’t affect the operation of the tool and I am perfectly fine with that. The Sunex 3657 3/8″ drive 10 piece impact swivel socket set is an amazing value at any level of use be it the weekend warrior or the professional automotive technician.A great socket rail to use with this set would be the GearWrench socket rail sold here GearWrench 83107 3/8-Inch Dr Slide Skt Rail, Blue thats what im using in the video

Very Durable
Purchasing these impact socket sets turned out to be a wise decision, and I'm genuinely impressed with their durability and performance. My motivation for buying them was a previous incident where I completely mangled an impact-rated hex socket, turning it into what resembled a twisted candy cane. That experience made me realize the importance of investing in high-quality tools, and these sets have certainly delivered on that front. I've subjected them to some serious stress tests, especially with my powerful Dewalt impact wrench and larger socket sizes, and they have yet to show any signs of wear or damage. The level of confidence they instill is unparalleled, allowing me to tackle tough tasks without the constant worry of tool failure. These impact socket sets are a testament to their durability and reliability, and they've proven themselves as indispensable additions to my toolkit. If you're in need of robust and dependable impact sockets that can withstand heavy-duty use, I wholeheartedly recommend these sets. They offer peace of mind and performance that's second to none.

Excellent thin wall 3/8 impact sockets
Been using these sockets with my milwaukee 3/8 stubby impact. They have been great, used some of the larger size sockets on the highest setting (roughly 250 ft/lbs rating) and they take the hits no sweat. The universal joint has held up well also, love that addition. Fantastic value socket set

Not too bad
I received the product early which was great, the tools themselves were packed nice and the sockets were nice. The only thing was the case on the inside sometimes let's the sockets fall out there place other than that there good

Greatest portable 3/8” set
Sunex sockets are superior to any major tool truck brand out there. These are thin walled but have enough mass to break anything loose when used on a pneumatic or high torque battery impact. The case is slimmer than a laptop and can be slid in any bag without issue. This is my most frequently used and well loved tool in my toolbox by far. Sunex customer service is also unmatched by any other manufacturer. Slowly started to see Mac, Gearwrench, and Matco trucks carrying Sunex tools over the past few years, and hardly any warranties having the be filed for broken tools

Affordable and durable
These perform just as well as my tool truck sockets for 1/4 of the price. I’ve put these through the wringer, air tools, battery tools, stuck bolts, doesn’t matter. The quality of the socket is out standing. For what you pay, I have no complaints. The mold case is extremely durable and stands out in your toolbox. I can’t talk about their warranty because I’ve never had to warranty one. The female insert hasn’t rounded out in any of my sockets yet, they still fit nice and tight. Don’t waste your money else where.

Amazing tools but is it normal for a kit to be missing a socket
Opened the kit finally, a few days after getting my order from the post office. going through it all as it was all scattered in the case, as I got everything back in its spot I noticed that I’m missing my shallow 8mm. Not trying to leave a bad review or anything. Just find it odd a kit missing one socket

Very durable Very good quality. Good deal no sizes skipped
Would recommend this set to anyone starting out or even someone who is tired of blowing all their money on over priced tool truck tools. Wide size range 8mm-19mm and 5/16"-3/4" No skips. Ive had these sockets for almost 4 years and use them 90% of the time as a heavy duty mechanic. They are pretty thin walled even compared to MAC and Snap-on and super durable. I have only broken the 19mm deep socket after using the set for 3 years and in the last year i have broken (2) of the MAC tools 19mm deep sockets that i replaced it with. If that doesn't show good durability im not sure what will.
