Cant praise this item highly enough. Had plantars fasciitis for a few years now and the pain can be pretty intense. Put this on today and I have gone through the whole day pain free. The "lumpy" feeling under the foot arch takes a little getting used to but the effect of this product is nothing short of miraculous

I have developed plantar fasciitis in one foot. It's come on gradually, but recently has been particularly bad after exercise. This proved to be a near miraculous solution.The band is made of near flesh coloured (I've worn it with sandals and it was not noticible) elasticated fabric with a gel pad that sits under the instep.The result of this (once adjusted right) was that the pain all but ceased immediately. And I mean immediately - straightaway. Some minor twinges remained, but these soon disappeared too. It even works if you put it on the wrong way around (with the L at the ankle end) as I embarassingly did at first!The key is to get the gel support in the right place, however. It can slip (ideall I think the tube should be longer and go around the heel to hold it in place) and then the effect is nothing like as good. It also work better with footwear - it is much less effective when worn barefoot (I have no idea why).

These fit me nice and snug which I would say is the correct fit. I am a uk ladies size 7. I have only worn these 2 days in a row (I am on my feet all day long) and yes you can feel them on your feet and my feet have been a little sore getting used to them but it is such a massive relief of a night not to have awful, aching feet from flat feet. The slight pain and uncomfortable-ness of them during the day is worth the pay off of been able to relax after work without killer, aching feet.

My wife has just been diagnosed with planta fasciitis and was advised to buy arch supports by her doctor. The pair shown where from a specialist website at twice the cost plus P & P. We searched on amazon & easily found a similar product. As we have prime we chose next day delivery at no extra cost . My wife as only been wearing the supports for a couple of days but is verypleased with the pain relief this product gives. Only negative is that the product came with no care information

I realy realy want to give these 5 stars becuse they are perfect when in place. I am a size 5 so when worn like the picture the gel is too fare down so i pulled them up so the gel is in place but that means its half on my heel and half on my ancle which is akward. If the material was disgned to come up to the ankle these would be perfect.

These are helping me, although they do spin around a bit on your foot. Once in a while I need to sit down to adjust them back into the right place
