Like the fact that I got two for one price of a great product!

smaller than the last ones I bought, and thinner. I don't use these for baking, I put them on my counter and table to put hot items on.

I like the idea of food not sticking to this baking mat, but I find it easier to use a plain metal sheet or use parchment paper to reduce sticking.I baked cookies using this mat and ran across two issues.The mat is smaller than my cookie sheet, leaving part of the cookie sheet unusable.I could not use my steel spatula to lift the baked cookies from the mat because the steel spatula catches on the silicone mat. With an uncovered cookie sheet, i can easily slide the spatula between the cookie and the flat, smooth surface of the cookie sheet.Other baking applications work out better, such as baking dinner rolls. When the baking is done, just lift the whole mat and dump the rolls into a basket.The pluses: cleaning is easy. The silicone leaves no telltale flavors or odors on the baked goods.

Excellent liner for baking pans. No grease or parchment paper needed.Bakes perfect golden brown cookies, top & bottom.Cookies lift off mat easily with no sticking, whether their hot or cold.This mat is approx 9" X 13 1/2" which is a bit on the small side for baking a batchof cookies quickly. To make nice size Toll-house Chocolate chip cookies ~approx 3 1/2" wide X 3/4" thick, the balls of dough are approx 2 1/2" dia.This size mat bakes only six of those cookies at a time.The mat can be used in the freezer - refrigerator - microwave & oven to 450 degrees.(Not under broiler - hot stove top or direct heat)Dishwasher safe, but hand washing is recommended.BUT ~ After using the first time, couldnt find anything that would removethe greasy circles on the mat made by the butter in the cookie recipe.Soap/sponge was repeatedly tried, then soap/green scratcher ~ thenboth degrease-rs, Wilex & Awesome with scratcherFinely phone customer service ~ they said try white vinegar (Not heard of that for grease)but tried anyway ~ that & none of the above helped.Five stars for baking - three stars for cleaning.

I love these mats nothing sticks even works great for cooking frozen pizza.

BOUGHT AS GIFT

I have been using nonstick baking mats for years. I use them for almost everything. I use them for baking cookies, biscuits, reheating pizza and even cooking bacon. They are very versatile and in the long run cheaper than parchment paper. This baking mat with the Cake Boss name on it is just like other baking mats I have owned. Nothing sticks to it and it cleans easily. If In had a choice I would pay a little more and get a Sailboat but the Cake Boss nonstick baking mat is a good value for the money.

I am a professional trained Pastry Cook/baker and I needed more silicone baking mats. They are extremely useful for bakingas they are the best non-stick "paper" you can buy! I use them for baking all kinds of cookies including macarons. I was excitied to order the CAKE BOSS set as they were smaller in size. They seem to be made of high-quality - it is nice and thick and it doesn't bleed onto your cookies (as sometimes RED is apt to do). However, I am very disappointed that it does NOT fit a standard 1/4 sheet pan. It is about an inch two long! And too small for a standard half sheet pan! I understand Buddy is the Cake Boss (I actually visited his bakery in NJ and am a big fan) but I am not going to buy NEW sheet pans to fit these silicon mats. Thus, a star deduction.
