Disappointed
When I plugged them in, the remote worked as expected. Only after I installed them did the remote stop working. I tested various combinations of the two but neither would respond to the remote. I bought new batteries and that did not help. I tried to resolve via the Contact Amazon but they just tried to get me to contact the seller directly. Very poor customer service experience Amazon. When I did talk to them they just read of a pre-written script and did not listen to what the issue was. It’s $40 bucks for cheap LED lights. One is solid red and one flashes between the various colours. I am kit investing a lot of time calling and emailing to get some resolve as at the end is the day it’s $40. Save the hassle and just get the Chinese single colour 10 LED version from Walmart for $20.
