I believe it's made a noticeable difference in both our smoker's cough and definitely feels soothing in the sinuses and lungs.

I've been testing it for several weeks (I do a weekly cleanup) and it works perfectly. I love my little steamer, i specifically wanted one shaped like this and it has a touch of pink so even better. It works well and steams up quickly. It’s easy to fill i use bottled or filtered tap water. Be careful with bare skin while using, I did burn my chest once not being careful. The only thing I don’t like it that it’s supposed to be adjustable but the nozzle really only stays pointing one way, even when you try to adjust.

I’m a mobile aesthetician so I purchased it for travel since traveling with my floor facial steamer was causing too much wear and tear. This portable/ desktop one is horrible! It’s spits out hot water, it takes a while to heat up and once it does there’s not much “steaming” going on, the reservoir is too small, it’s suppose to steam for 30 mins, I would say it’s actually 7-13 minutes maybe if you include the time to takes to get hot. It’s truly made for consumers who don’t know what to expect from a facial steamer. I would send it back but it’s not with the shipping cost.

I’ve had this steamer for a few months and already malfunctioning. I’ve only used it less than 10 times. Even when the tank is full, it shuts off. The water leaks and takes a lot of plugging in and out for it to start. When it works, it steams well but I would purchase again

The media could not be loaded.  This is so great. My skin is so dry I live in the desert so this is wonderful. Very easy to use ! Once you fill it it takes like 30 seconds for February steam to come out.

this product is what I need . Moisturize the skin,open up pores, and help remove blackhead. It’s easy to use and the steam last enough time while I use my facial mask. If there is no water in the water tank, it will auto shut-off.

I just got this steamer and used it for the first time last night. The steam was not how I expected/wanted. Felt more like hot air on my face. And when I looked in the mirror I had black stuff covering my face?? And even in my nose. Black stuff everywhere. I don’t know what this black stuff was but I know I don’t want that going into my pores!
