enKo products HDMI to VGA + Audio Mini Converter with High Speed HDMI Cable (6.5 Feet / 2 Meter)

Ok, I've been buying things on Amazon for quite a while now and this will be my first review. I am going to praise this product so heavily that you might think I work for them. But i don't. You know why? Because, farts and boogers. Would anyone working for either amazon or enKo ever say that? NoSo I have an Epsom EX21 projector with only analog inputs and I wanted to use my apple TV. Once I realized I needed an adapter I was discouraged (to say the least) by what I read. "Bad quality" "doest work" "does not stream itunes purchased content" "lines in my picture" and so on. Every review was mixed for every product out there. After researching and reading reviews I decided to try this enKo converter. The price was good so I made the purchase. With my prime account overnight shipping was only $3.99. Sure enough, the next day the converter arrived.To be entirely honest I was not expecting this thing to work. The device was smaller than I though it would be and extremely lightweight...which caused me to doubt it even more. I set it up (if this takes you more than 30 seconds...well, you're pretty dumb). I then fired it all up and BOOM, to my disbelief it worked. VERY WELL. Sure the top and bottom were slightly cropped, but a quick adjustment to the Apple TV display settings fixed that. Once things were working I put on the Red Wings game. I was blown away by the clarity and sound quality. The picture was as clear as anything else (Xbox 360, DVD player) that I've played on the projector. So clear that I could clearly see the BOGUS interference call that disallowed Pavel Datsyuk's incredible back handed goal. I mean, how is it interference when the goalie initiates contact?After the Wings were robbed of what should have been a 2-1 victory, it was time for a bit of couch tour 2014. I turned on the livePhish stream of the 10-21 Santa Barbra show. This was when I noticed that all the claims of poor sound quality were crap. The "Stash" opener had me on my feet. And I must say that Possum, Ocelot, and NICU were a happy start to a great night. Gotta love happy Trey. Anyways...where was I? Oh, ya the sound was great, no loss of quality or hissing or humming or anything.The final test came late in the night when I needed to check on this whole "iTunes purchased content wont work" business. So I went on over to my purchased shows, selected a good episode of Tim and Eric and pressed play. And what do you know,up on the big screen was Steve Mahanahan himself telling me all about his Child Clown Outlet. Those people were full of it, iTunes content CAN be streamed.All in all I'm very pleased. Props to enKo on this great product.

product worked, but not with the quality I had hoped for. The image was somewhat blurry and colors flicker.

This one works! (Actually I'm not sure why it is showing this as HDMI to VGA, because I ordered and received the HDMI to VA.) It did take a little fiddling with it to get it to work with an older TV, but once we went through all the variations of s-video vs. RCA plugs, it works fine. We are using it with a ChromeCast and getting very nice picture from the combo. I bought one similar, cheaper product from a different manufacturer, and I was never able to get the other one to work. Stick with THIS ONE! :)

I recently connected one of my Desktop Computers to my TV which has a VGA PC input to my computer's graphics card DVI output with a DVI to VGA adapter.The only problem was that I could not use the computer's blu-ray player because it needed a digital output to the TV,not a analog one,which VGA is. After installing this converter,everything worked perfectly.

this worked for my android tv box MXQ PRO tv box,android tv box,Kodi Pre installed Amlogic S905 to connect to an older TV using VGA this has an audio 3.5mm jack also this one worked for me.

Works perfect! I use this to connect my laptop HP (HDMI) with a projector (VGA) and works perfectly. I hope for a long time.

I bought this to connect my PS4 to a projector in my bedroom. It works surprisingly well, doesn't add any audio noise or anything.
