MUST MUST MUST have for any students! Don’t lose marks for poor referencing! This book has saved my skin multiple times and constantly use for reference!

Really great book. Explains different types of referencing including Harvard which is the one you need at university. It gives examples of references too so you can be sure you have got it right.

I bought this as I'm currently on an Access to HE course and will be going to Uni in September. I'd been really struggling with referencing since the start of my course, even the tutors were confused as to how we should be correctly Harvard referencing our work. There are so many conflicting websites out there with various platforms which claim to reference for you (which is incorrect apparently...) I was recommended this book by another student, and it has been a godsend! It includes a Harvard reference guide for pretty much anything you need to reference, amazing and well worth the money!!

Whatever you wish to reference for university, this book will show you how across several different referencing systems, not just Harvard. Online citing pages are handy but not infallible, this provides the de facto standard for you to check your references are correct formatted.

Helped me in understanding how to cite properly for my dissertation.

Have often used this in my last year at uni. Just a pain that this is the ninth edition. Still have the eighth which i used for first and second year at uni. Can't get rid of it now. Little difference between the two, however not a chance I want to take. If you are studying and need to reference journals, web pages, government publications and more this is the book that will get you through.

Every student shouldn't be without it - your guide how to reference anything and everything! So easy to use and breaks it down, so you know exactly what you need to include.

It's been so helpful for referencing in all of my university assignments. I would recommend it for all students as it gives very clear instructions that make referencing easy.
