There was a miscommunication about how the image should look. It seems that black does not show up very well or not at all. I edited my image making the black a light grey and it looks great on paper. I will update further when I get the crystal.

Customer service was top notch I was emailed theough out the process and even received a sample picture prior to the crystal getting made. I was able to make changes if needed.
