My first experience with a pressure cleaner was an electric power washer from Costco. I took that one back due to the inefficient power and execution of cleaning. This Honda powered gas machine couldnt be further from that disappointment. The 4 heads are pretty standard amongst power washers, but the quality and ease of use of this machine, for a complete novice suh as myself is awesome. I had no trouble cleaning my entire back patio and eventually my front driveway in just a few hours. I also managed to remove pretty much all of the spider webs, bugs and grit from my full length sliders - no mean feat here in South East florida, where my home backs onto a nature preserve. My son-in-law also used it with a different head to clean his car, spotless.

Ordered it early December 2023, and didn’t have enough time to open it until around New Years. Out of the box, missing more than a few things. No oil to go with, no tips, etc. Okay fine, went and bought a few things, no big deal. Got back and put some 10w-30 in it, poured some gas in it, and it’s a turd. It idles beautifully, but once the trigger is pulled and it’s put under load, it shakes like hell and dies within seconds. Didn’t realize I’d be rebuilding the carb on my brand new $400 pressure washer 👎

The Simpson power washer exceeded our expectations. Easy assembly, 12 oz oil came with the unit to add. I was very pleased to see the main on/off power-fuel-choke knob was an all in one action for all modes. The engine does utilize a variable speed when in and not in use. The accessories were valuable and useful, different tips, driveway round scrubber etc... Although easy to use, we were not sure if the Soap mode was worth using. The large wheels made the unit easy to move and it is compact for easy storage in the garage. Tip: after refueling, release the water pressure in the wand to have an easy restart when pulling the cord.

Would recommend a bit better product but for the time being as a temporary pressure wash this works excellent

I was sent a total lemon. Carburetor stuck open, which flooded the engine and send gasoline into the oil pan and destroyed the engine. Only got it running for a few seconds before it siezed up. Now I can't return this $400 product, because it's non returnable. This is absolutely ridiculous, I will never buy one of their products again.

I purchased this in May 2023. This is my first pressure washer although I have used many others over the years. The Surface cleaner is junk. The bristles wore out the first day I used it, and it did not clean my driveway well. The pressure washer work pretty well although the pressure seemed inconsistant. The Honda engine seems pretty good, started on first pull. I guess I had much higher expectations. I wanted to high quality tool for keeping my home area clean. This is not quality, it just seems cheap. Since I am unable to return to Amazon I will keep, otherwise I would return in a minute. PS I contacted Amazon about the Surface cleaner and they did refund part of my purchase. Thanks
