This product is a good quality, taste very good and arrives quickly. I do think it's a little overpriced, but then again everything has gone up.

Tastes good but is extremely hard and difficult to cut

this is the best chorizo and a great buy also. this thing is huge and lasts a long time. we buy several and they keep for ever. I freeze those that I am not using. I bought it for my son who loves chorizo but couldn't find it in his town. I love to cut me a piece and eat it with some bread and cheese (tapas). Great stuff.

This thing is huge..... Not good for tapas or cooking.... maybe as a chuck under the tires of your pickup.... the flavor is off too... would not buy again.... anyone want the 2nd one?
