Quicken Home & Business 2019 Personal Finance & Budgeting Software [PC Download] 1-Year Membership + 2 Bonus Months [Amazon Exclusive]

First, I never write reviews. However, my poor experience with this software product and its customer service compelled me to warn other against such an experience. My main reason for purchasing this software was the advertized functionality is setting up billers to download statements into the software every month. After setting it up and waiting a few months (as it states they only download when they are available), I called customer service. I spoke to two Tier 1 CSR only to spend 45 minutes explaining their own functionality to them. Then, they made me an appt for later in the week with a Tier 2 CSR. It was scheduled, I ran home from work for the call only to never hear from the person. Then, the website stated that phone and chat service was down. Two days later I get a call at a random time for a Tier 2 CSR. When explaining that our call was scheduled at another time, I was told I was wrong. After explaining my issue I was told in fact only 40 billers are included. When I asked which billers they were I was told they don't have a list. When I asked if I could name my billers and have them confirmed I was told there is no way to do that. Frustrated, I hung up since there is apparently no way to solve my problem unless I am willing to waste an extraordinary amount of time with CSRs that clearly are untrained for a company with a very poor product to offer.

Problems in installation of the program result in Quicken Support attempting to sell you extended serviced contractsin order to get them to correct installation problems.

They're product hasn't been great since it left Intuit. I'm kinda stuck with it since all my accounts are online and other products don't do everything I need. It mismatches transactions all the time.

If you do a download and have issues, beware! In the middle of an attempt to download, I find I'm in the middle of an installation of some kind of game manager. I stopped the download. Guess what! When I texted for help so that I can do a retry on download. Lots of questions, none of which helped. I asked that they ship me the box so I can do an install that I'm familiar with. Fine.....but you have to pay for it. The fine print on the original attempt to download says no reimbursement. Now I'm stuck and need to get my software downloaded for my business.

Impossible to download. Will find another software to buy. Have used Quicken since 1994, but since sold by Intuit it has been troublesome. Another customer lost!!!!! The largest issue so far is that Amazon download software does not work and the help items listed on amazon are somewhat useless. Never again will I order a download, will always request a disc.

Used Quicken for years, own a small business and for personal, very happy till now. Ordered Quicken 2019, downloaded per instructions, received another copy of Quicken 2018. Tried calling Tech Support, no answer probably due to call volume. Very disappointed.

Don't like having to pay every year. The version that I purchased was not the version that downloaded. I canceled it and will stick with my old version until someone else comes out with similar software. I also had a charge from Intuit on my credit card for an unknown reason. I immediately disputed the charge.

Trouble with Game and Software Downloader never got it to work. Had to go directly to the software vendors site to download the application and install it. Spent nearly two days try to get the downloader to work and turn-off all firewalls and virus software leaving my computer vulnerable. Still could not get it installed.
