Libman Microfiber Gator Mop Refill

Good product and easy to use.

I ordered a "Libman Microfiber Gator Mop Refill", but I received one made by Pledge, looked similar does have the name Libman printed small on the bottom. It's ok and worked alright so I'm ok with it as I was in numerous stores trying to find a Gator Mop Refill and couldn't find one. So this one is good and works on my mop.

The best sponge mop head there is! Lil' scrubbers get the dirt thats stuck on your floor up for the microfiber to hold onto and the sponge has your floor cleaner absorbed to sanitize and/or polish. My problem is none of the stores carry it anymore! The handi-wipe head and mop that fling dirt are there; standard mop sponges are there (let's rub that dirt into the cracks n crevices); the rolled or rounded sponge heads and gator mop it attaches to are there (rolled for what? Less surface area is all I see and it's the solid sponge vs the perfected hole (y) kind - whatever the names of type sponge are). I want to keep using this Gator Mop with these refill heads! I don't want to haveta to change to something that doesn't work! Walmart, Sams, Krogers, Drug stores, etc. DO NOT Carry these! I sure hope Amazon cares and continues to carry them. You're much more powerful than I so perhaps you can contact Libman and see if this head will continue???

It better than OK until my Gator Mop broke. And Libman discontinues their mops like I change my underwear, very frequently. So now I have a refill for a mop that is broken, but I can still use, just can't wring.

Several years ago these Libman mop heads disappeared from every store I shopped in the Las Vegas, NV area. Used the same head until it barely had any sponge left. Was on the verge of creating my own replacement using sponges because I didn't want to change mops - I'm that impressed with the Gator mop. These heads are different from my old one that only had the rigid strip on one edge. It still gets the job done but its harder to bend because of the multiple strips. This new style actually cleans better with less force applied due to the multiple rigid strips. The old style was easier to wax with than this newer one. I wish they would make both styles. However, this gets an excellent rating for being a great product and so does Amazon for having it available.

So glad to have found these, now that my local store doesn't carry replacements for my gator mop. I love that these have extra scrubby surface. Will definitely buy again.
