These turned out to be ok. I’ll probably wear them more as a PJ bottom than a bike short. I was hoping for a thicker fabric.

I was a little concerned about the fit because of some of the reviews but I needed a pair of shorts that was a little longer than what I already had, and the lace bottom was an awesome bonus. I wear shorts under skirts/dresses. The first time I put them one, I thought they were a little 'fitted' around my thighs but I continued to pull them up like you would with pantyhose and I had no problems what so ever. Once I got them on, they did not feel as 'fitted' and were rather comfortable. I would definitely get another pair. I do believe the sizing given in the description is accurate.

These shorts are simple and seem to be well constructed. They are mostly cotton, and the fit seems to be accurately described. I got a M and I usually wear a size 6 jeans. They are snug, but not binding. I probably also could have worn a large, but the medium works. I was also pleased to find that the tag does not itch, which is often a problem with leggings. These will go nicely under a mini-skirt, or anytime you want the extra security and comfort of shorts under a casual dress.

These are true to size and are very comfortable. I purchased them to wear under dresses and they are perfect. Please note these are not opaque so they cannot be worn alone or you will show more than you probably want to.PS: I am a true size 6. No pretending, and I puchased a medium. Hope ths helps.

I got the black and I love that it's cotton. It's a nice thick legging so you don't have to worry about it being transparent! The only issue I have is that I wear a size 3 and I got a medium and it's a little tight. I'm not a big fan of things being tight which is why I got the medium to begin with. I am glad I didn't get a small!

I bought a medium, based on the sizing provided in the description.They are more than a little snug.I'm really hoping they don't rip the first time they are worn, or shrink when washed.

I'm a size large, I ordered XL because I like a little room. I couldn't even put these on! The material wasn't even near cotton. I didn't bother returning them or even giving them away, you get what you pay for...cheap. Do NOT recommend.

I normally wear a small, but I have athletic thighs and the lace on the size small was way too tight. The lace seemed tighter than the rest of the shorts.There were also a lot of loose threads, especially the serged edge of the seam. And for some reason there were lots of black threads inside the shorts when I received them.The fabric is also very thin - I was purchasing these to wear under a skirt while biking to work, so that would not have bothered me, but the white version is very see-through.

These are really comfy & fit wonderfully, but I did expect them to be longer & be a little thicker. The material is quite thin, and I'm afraid that it might stretch and become more transparent if I were sitting/squatting. I've been wearing them under dresses mostly, I'm not very athletic, and these shorts are really pretty under a short skirt or dress, or even on their own. I think that the sizing is correct, but you should expect them to be a little shorter than what's in the picture.

Just a tiny bit tight, these fit more or less as expected. Unlike shorter length under dress shorts these do not ride up when walking so they are a bit nicer to wear if you expect to do a lot of walking in your dress.
