HUGE price for a pump that fails to run
I just received this item on saturday. It's now Tuesday and it's already broken. Even from the start. The pump barely worked. So we cut the tubing to make it shorter to give the pump less work to do. Now it won't even send water through at all.I'm frustrated as I spent a lot of money on this product just for it to burn out on me within a few days.

Garbage product with false warranty
This system is garbage. It failed within three months of use - light use, one animal- and worse, there is no customer service to try to use to warranty. They don’t respond to email or the contact us form and have no phone number so no way to reach them. $200 wasted.
