Reach Waxed Floss Unflavored - 55 yds, Pack of 6

Perfect for what I needed

I did not ever receive the product that I ordered. Thankfully Amazon is giving me a refund because the package I ordered was never delivered to me. I ordered the Reach unwaxed dental floss because I have used it for many years and it is an excellent product. I wish I would have received the package since this brand is no longer available in the local stores. I am grateful for Amazon's help to refund my money. Thank you!

The product itself is very good; however, I ordered the Pack of 6, but received only 4 of the Reach Waxed Floss. Upon opening the shipping package, I found inside a smaller previously opened plastic package labeled "Pack of 6" with nothing inside. I found 4 loose in the larger shipping package. I wonder what happened to the other 2?

I have been trying to find unflavored waxed floss for months now in stores. I have sensory sensitivities, and can't handle the mint-flavored flosses. This floss is, exactly as it says on the package, unflavored. It's narrower than the store-brand floss I was using before, which is perfect because my teeth are quite tight at the back. It's also waxed very nicely and I have not had the issue I had with other brands where chunks of wax would fall off as I used the floss. This one fits easily between my tightest teeth and glides painlessly, and is unflavored. So far have not had any problems whatsoever, and I am very happy with my purchase.

I purchased this dental floss for something other then dental floss. I am making a survival kit that fits into a tin can the size of an altoids can. I needed some light weight strong waxed string, and dental floss fits the bill. I know it sounds crazy, but it is good for cordage. I am sure it is perfect dental floss too. Purchasing it this way is way cheaper then buying at the store around where I live. So, I took the spool out of the container it comes in, and I have 55 yards of emergency fishing line, thread to mend my cloths, gear, or myself should I get cut that bad. It can also be used to hold a emergency shelter together or make a snare trap. As you can see, it has many purposes and it comes in a small roll which easily fits inside a small tin can. Anyway, that is why I purchased this dental floss.

This is good for flossing teeth and easy to use and it's unflavored which I like.

This is the best floss there is. I had been frustrated by not being able to find this in stores anymore. It doesn't even show up on the J&J Reach web site--so maybe they're getting rid of it? I find it hard to understand why they seem to have abandoned this product when it had been the ubiquitous industry standard. I came here as a last resort and found that I'm not alone in my love for this product and my difficulty in finding it. All these reviews pretty much say exactly what I feel. You people are my family! :-)The one thing I like about this floss that hasn't been said by others is that it's not super slippery, so when you wrap it around your fingers it doesn't slide out of your grip like other super slippery flosses. Yet, it still slides between the teeth just fine.

I ordered this pack of 6 but only got a pack of 1. Now I have to go through the return hassle for this 1 small item or be charged for all 6. I guess it could be worse.
