After doing an extensive research on post partum supplements, I decided to purchase these product for the second time because it’s the most complete and balanced multivitamin I could find.The daily single pill is slightly bigger than I expected but it’s not hard to swallow; tasteless, has no smell.Price is a bit high but the product contains everything you could think you need to supplement during breastfeeding.

I’ve been using the MamaBird Postnatal Vitamin for a few months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my choice! These vitamins are packed with all the essential nutrients that I need as a new mom. I love that they include DHA, folate, and iron, which have been crucial for my energy levels and overall well-being.No one tells you to move from a prenatal to a postnatal but now that I am on this product, it is a night and day difference!!

I like that I only have to take one instead of 3 like a lot of other brands require. It’s a basic multivitamin type pill but it provides all the necessities in a vitamin without over or under supplementing. I’ve been taking these since having my son while breastfeeding g and they’ve been great.

I purchased the post natal vitamins after receiving a full prenatal in a sample box from milestone. I started the prenatal vitamins during my 3 trimester and they were super effective and the results could be seen even after delivery. My baby has been meeting his 2nd month and 4 month milestones within his first month home and you could see this within the first 2 weeks. I just had to purchase the post natal vitamins. I will update my review after taking this for a longer period of time.

Have used lots of their products. I loved the prenatal so I started using the postnatal which was more expensive. I compared the ingredients to the prenatal when I receive the postnatals and they’re all exactly the same. So save some moneys and keep ordering the prenatals. Kind of is disappointing since they market them for different purposes. Also wish they both had DHA (in the pre and post) so I didn't have to supplement but they sell DHA so I guess it's a way to make more money.

These are the only vitamins I’ve tried that don’t make me nauseous. I’m a nursing mother that watches what I ingest. I am comfortable taking these.

Caused allergic reaction. Hives on knees, elbows, arms and chest with red swelling. My face and ears became hot, swollen and red. It became difficult to breathe. All of this happened within fifteen minutes after consuming the postnatal. I had taken it successfully after our second baby in 2023 but after having our third baby at the end of 2024, I’ve had reactions twice. I do not have food allergies typically.

Best nest were one of the companies my fertility center suggested I’d use during my pregnancy. I am very happy with the pre and postnatal supplements from this company. I’ve ordered many times and never had an issue. They are easy to swallow and I don’t taste any flavor. The downside is they are expensive compared to others and it gets pricey when you have to take them month after month but I like this brand very much.
