Work Great. Seem to be very accurate.
These work great. I can see they work correctly because it showed high Ketosis then I had a cheat meal and it's back to showing me out of Ketosis. Then I watch Ketosis slowly start again as I am strict with my carnivore diet and they're fully registering Ketosis around the 4th day. One day I had been super strict with absolutely zero carbs for a few days and felt like death. I said I am probably in the highest Ketosis judging by my eating and how I felt. I did the test and sure enough its really dark red meaning super high Ketosis. I just said "Yep, that's why I feel like I'm dying" (attached that photo). So they are consistent with how I eat and feel, so I know they are accurate and I am losing weight quickly. One cheat meal and it knocks me out of Ketosis as expected. It helps me not to cheat, because I see by the tests that I take 4 days to fully enter ketosis again. No cheat carb is worth the 4 days to re-enter ketosis. The only drawback is once you open it they only last about a month, so take as many tests as you want, because they will expire quickly.

They're worth it!
Very cheap and very accurate. I measured them against my ketone meter and they work very well and have proven to be accurate. Just keep them in a cool dry and dark location. If you leave them in the sun it will ruin them.

Strips seem to work fine- store with an airtight seal
Update; The strips went bad after less than 3 weeks, even the ones which were immediately vacuum sealed with a desiccant pack. No refunds, no recourse. The fact is, strips generally only serve to satisfy your curiosity and give visual confirmation of something you already know. For the first week I tested and tested and tested, and I was always at 16mmol. If your carbs are under 50g per day, you're going to be in relatively deep ketosis. Either save your money, or find someone or a group to split the strips with so they may all be used up within a couple of weeks. Still, take care to avoid air and moisture exposure in storage.----------------------Strips seem to work fine. The expiration is over a year out. The test strip indicator consists of Sodium Nitroprusside, which is sensitive to moisture and oxygen, so I recon storing them in small lots will prevent them from losing sensitivity and going grey like some people seem to have a problem with. I've divided the bottle into 5's and vacuum packed the strips, one with a pack of desiccant. We'll see how that does. At the very least, don't store these in the bathroom and open the bottle after a shower in a humid environment.

Very Limited Benefit, Results are Inconsistent, for Keto Dieters: Consider Blood Testing Instead
So in general urine test strips are not highly accurate for assessing mild to moderate ketosis. You can get a zero or 0.5 reading even when it should be much higher. If you do not know this, these test strips might confuse you. The results for me have been very inconsistent, and as someone trying to adjust my diet and react to what might be taking me out of ketosis. These test strips just do not provide me with results I can be confident in. The two test areas on each strip commonly read differently, the inner one seeming to react more and darken in color. The colors are difficult to distinguish from one another. I found that squinting and blurring my vision helps, while holding the strip up to the bottle to identify which band I match.I'll say this: If you get a 4.0 or higher using these test strips, you are certainly in ketosis. Anything less, you may or may not be in ketosis. If you are serious about the ketogenic diet, go ahead and spend more money for blood testing strips and a reader. These may confuse you more than they help you.

1/3 don’t match colors when testing, but affordable
According to instructions mismatched colors means faulty test. But for the price can use 2 sticks at a time (4 pads). Maybe not the most accurate but general idea to validate in or out of ketosis.

Good indicator. Toss remaining strips 90 days after opening.
Test strips seem to do a good job indicating ketosis. Not much I can add to previous reviews other than sharing a visual of a strip that is 125 days after opening vs a strip a couple weeks after opening. The 90 day expiration is real. Results look different on older strips vs fresh strips.Overall I’m happy with product. I’ll buy another bottle in another 2 months.
