Great flavor, large pieces of tuna
This is the first time I've bought Tuna in olive oil. Absolutely a game changer in taste and texture. Not mushy, easy to break up for sandwiches or leave "chunkier" for salads or recipes.

best bang for your buck in economy tuna
This albacore in olive oil is the best way to spend your money economically if you want albacore. This brand and Portofino. The rest just cost too much, use too much oil, give you too little tuna or low-grade tuna, or charge an arm and a leg and make it not worth buying, This is Albacore in oil that is stuff affordable and delicious for the person who is not rich and yet wants decent white tuna. Don't miss out, though. Try the Yellowfin also. It is delicious.

Unsure….
Purchased a case and I tried one can it didn’t taste or appear fresh. When I checked the date it wasn’t out of date. Before I would always purchase these at Walmart and Kroger, they were always good. I’m unsure if I should try other ones.

BETTER THAN MOST
good flavor, minimal trimethylamine fishy odor, olive oil is neutral flavor , probably best to drain off and replace with a better quality olive oil for service

This is the tastiest canned tuna of them all
My husband eats two cans a day and has for years. He loves it. The Yellowfin in EVOO doesn't taste as good as the White Albacore in EVOO. I'm having trouble finding it locally....not at Walmart anymore...and only at Publix. Even though it costs more thru Amazon, I'm willing to pay the extra when I can't find it locally.ETA: Since I posted this review my husband changed to the solid yellowfin in EVOO and not only is it cheaper...$5.97 for a 4 pack at Walmart or about $1.50 per can...but he thinks it tastes much better than he remembered and better than the solid white albacore.
