Only con, straight up front is only minus one star. The package did arrive on time but was utterly destroyed. Sent via USPS priority mail, the post office at some point shredded the box the batteries arrived in and it was just a wad of tape with one end completely ripped off, batteries shipped upside down, terminals crushed. The protective tabs for terminals were loose in the bottom of box. Nothing a pair of pliers ultimately couldn't fix to straighten them out.Otherwise, batteries were as described and I received what I paid for. They are on charge as I write before placing into ups for computer. Not at all a reflection on the shipper/vendor... But get them shipped to you by someone else other than the postal service, I bet they would have been lost or severely damaged if they spent another day circulating in the postal system. So if nothing else these batteries are nothing short than Tonka tough, my smart charger says they are A-ok! and are soaking up a good, lazy saturation charge. I'll let them float for a few hours before installing them permanently.Edit: Product update!This last set of PowerSonic batteries lasted nearly 7 years in the harsh Florida weather and storms. I've ordered a new set and hopefully they arrive intact and not so bruised. Ultimately one of the two battery packs failed in my APC BackUPS 1500 XS with a moist looking negative terminal. It started leaking electrolyte possibly due to handling and shipping issues stated above. The epoxy bond isn't liquid tight anymore. Luckily the APC signaled a battery fault and kicked it out of service before further leaks or any more permanent damage was done.These PowerSonic batteries are impressive for the money and are durable, long lasting and have deep reserves. Just keep them topped up and floating, pay attention to charge rate and voltage levels for your application (standby or cycle duty) and test them periodically. They are worth every penny.I will revisit and bump star rating depending when and how the new set arrive. 👍Edit to the edit update:The latest set of batteries arrived on time and absolutely perfect. They were made just a month prior and so fresh, they were 100% charged out of the box. This time they arrived in a double boxed, and bubble wrap + cardboard flap wrapped tomb. The terminals were straight and perfect.Bumped review to full 5 starts due to quality and longevity of the product previously - and this time arriving factory perfect & pristine. These batteries are same size as 7Ah former products which enhances runtime and power delivery. All you need is the original trays, fly wires and a bit of 3m double sided tape to make up any configuration you need and are superior to most offerings on the market at a great price.This time around? I'm completely satisfied.

Needed to replace the batteries in one of my UPS's and the prices locally were outrageous (Greenville/Spartanburg area). When I could find them. I was familiar with the PowerSonic name and had used them previously in alarm systems.When I got them, I metered them (fully charged), installed them in the UPS, let them run for a few days, then pulled the plug. Everything was fine. Very happy with the price and they were shipped/delivered when promised. No issues.

Perfect replacement for my vexilar battery.

I just bought another 2 of these batteries for my other UPS. The previous order was 2.5 years ago, and those are still holding up fine.

I have purchased this two pack a handful of times and have a much longer history using Powersonic batteries. The brand has always performed well. This review is geared more towards whomever packed them for shipping. Normally, the batteries have packing between them to prevent the terminals from being crushed or bent. The most recent order only had packing on top of the batteries, which were laying on their side. This allowed the battery’s terminal side(top actually) to slam into one another during shipment. When opened the plastic terminal protectors had vibrated off and the terminals were smashed flat and the tops of the batteries were slightly scratched. Luckily, I was able to bend the terminals back to a usable shape, and the scratches only seem cosmetic. Hopefully they don’t leak around the terminals in the future and the shipping goes back to a better process.

After charging they worked great.

These batteries fit very well in my UPS the connector are the same size as the original that came with the unit, F2 connectors. Batteries arrived well packed. They have the manufactured date on top, on the blue side of the battery, mine came fresh. Came with approximately 12.6V. These are much cheaper than the local stores here in PR. Batteries plus was charging me $400 for 6 Duracell 12v 9ah. Very expensive compared to the PowerSonic 12v9ah. The original Vision 12v9ah batteries last me 4 years. I hope these last.
