Ruger 10/22 Barrels are normally attached to Receiver with a cast steel V-block that grabs the barrel bevel. Problem is; 10/22 design has a slip fit between barrel and receiver. Barrel position can vary with every shot. The Secret of accuracy is "consistency" it is impossible to adjust to a variable. •V-Block Stabilizer delivers a consistent point of bullet impact from your barrel-receiver combination. Advanced Engineering Software was used in development this product. We analyzed forces, movement and material. Designed and developed a solution and then extensively tested our V-Block product. User response has been outrageously positive. •Previously the only practical solution to this problem was barrel and receiver threading; a costly process. Threading also makes for a fixed barrel, eliminating easy barrel replacement. You'll find a V-Block provides superior accuracy; without the cost of barrel threading or a fixed barrel •OUR V-Block provides a stable connection 100% as good as if you had threaded the barrel to the receiver by supporting the barrel, and yet you can still remove the barrel easily for any reason. If you see any other V-Block that has 90 degree "steps" at the bottom of the "V", it is AT LEAST 30% weaker than our V-Block. If a V-Block is going to fail, it will split at one of those "steps", but our rounded V design adds much strength to the weakest area of the block. The specially shouldered V-Block/Barrel attachment machined screws have a clean, supportive shoulder in the important V-Block pass through area. This shoulder aids in further aligning the V-Block and the barrel connection and ultimately helps to completely eliminate any Point Of Impact changes.
