before getting this i was having real trouble with maintaining the correct posture during workouts now i wear this when doing workouts and it stops me from incorrectly performing the exercises so my muscles are retraining to the correct way of doing things and getting much stronger than they were beforehand my only complaint with it is that it rubs under the armpits if i wear my normal gym vest top but thats just a wardrobe problem for me not really a bad thing for the posture corrector, i like that its simple to put on and that you can easily get it on straight just by making sure the tails are in the same position on both sides, i dislike that it requires a second person to help put it on for perfect positioning (i have tried using a mirror and it just wasn't possible for me to pull the tails round and still see what I was doing, then again its not like most people cant ask someone to help) so all in all a good product that works and I can see and feel it working

I’ve been a slouched most of my life. Since I was a teenager, I can remember my mom telling me to sit up straight and not to slough or I would ruin my spine. I’ll be honest I didn’t buy this for a bad back or shoulder pain like some have. I just noticed in the mirror that when I pulled my shoulders back and chest out I looked slimmer. I didn’t realise how much slouching gives you a belly! It’s like wearing a tight back pack but I instantly saw the difference. It’s a lot of money for what is essentially just Velcro but I’m so very pleased. Even when I take it off now I maintain the posture.

I have had bad posture for ages having an ofgice job, sitting all day. I have to say that after a couple of days of wearing these, I feel that they are making an improvement on my poor posture. The straps are very easy to put on and tightness is easily adjusted with the velcro straps at the front. They are very compact (I've taken them on holiday with me, taking up little space in my bag). This product is of an excellent quality and it really helps. Since I have given birth I had a posture issue and when I wear it for 30mn-1h per day I found it helped me to correct my posture naturally after the first time. it takes 2sec to wear and right after I take it off I feel my back is straight. I ordered this product as I have long term issues and had been struggling with my knock/shoulder/arm for months.
