Doesnt work, makes you sweat, just a tight vest
Doesnt hold in fat at all, makes u sweat loads and is not comfortable, just a crap tight vest.

Works great,... Order one size smaller so it fits tighter!
This REALLY made a difference in holding in his “man boobs” in. At first he thought I was crazy, but when he saw that it really did make him look and feel better, he was very thankful that I thought of him! Note: he usually Where is an extra large but I ordered a large so it would fit tight so if I were you I’d order one size smaller.

Good shirt, but not tight enough
I like the tighter shirts because it helps my back and chest more. These are nice don't get me wrong. If you really want to tighten things up, you almost have to go 2 sizes down. I wear XL so got L, but even large wasn't tight enough.

Works well. I went with a size large (34 -36 in waist, 197 lbs) for more support. Not the most breathable fabric as cotton is, but summer temps in phx are hellacious.

Not exactly what I was expecting. I think that I may have needed to buy the smaller size to get the proper compression.

The item seemed misleading. Clearly the models don't need this item. Not enough detail about the product and what it"actually" does or doesn't do. Returning.

This is just OK, it really doesn't hold any of my body in, it mainly makes you think about your size so that you pay attention to how you look. It also raises your temperature as it makes me hot when wearing it. It did nothing to make me look slimmer. It's possible I need to buy a smaller size, but the one I bought was tight to put on.
