totally over priced
First, if you want to buy this flip-flop and your shoe size, like mine, is a half size, I recommend to buy the smaller size. At least my flip flops are rather big cut. I selected a size 9 but the sandals look like 10s to me.One good thing: The flip flops are solid. Having worn them for quite a few days I do not believe that the strips will come off or that the flip flops will show wear and tear anytime soon. In fact, the little massage knobs are so solid that they hurt my feet when I wear them for an extended time. But, the flip flops are good for walking to the car to get something, taking out the garbage and other brief excursions. One the downside - I can't figure out why these flip flops are so expensive because they don't really have any special features.Hard plastic soles with bigger sized massage knobs to support the foot's arch. - That's it.I also purchased massage soles from a different manufacturer which were cheaper but have a complete massage knob profile, different for toes, arch, and the rest of the foot.Since these flip-flops came from Vietnam it's probably a hassle to return them.Won't buy again and am glad that I grabbed only one pair.Gisela Hausmannauthor, reviewer, and blogger

Fits like a glove and not a flip flop fit
I wish the fit was better! I ordered size 9 wide. The shoe was narrow in breadth in spite of ordering a wide size. The shoe fits so tight and leaves a mark on your feet after wearing for 30 mins. I was using a slide type from Adidas previously and thought of trying this. While the acupressure effects seems fine so far, wearing and taking the shoe off is a process!

They're much better made than most flip flops
They're pricey--but worth every penny. This is my second pair because the dog literally ate my first pair. They're much better made than most flip flops, and I swear the foot massage they provide really energizes me, helps my slightly arthritic joints. I like them so much, think they're such great looking flip flops, I almost hate to wear them outside and get them dirty. But I do. I just wish Amazon offered them in more colors in women's sizes. Revs, which is an English company, also has a website from which you can order, and they do ship to the U.S.

Great while the nubs last!
Loved these shoes while they had the little nubs still attached! Wore only in the house but I wore them for hours. They were extremely comfortable and kinda energizing. When the nubs started coming off they became painful and uncomfortable, and the pattern on the.bottom. (where you would expect the most wear) weren’t even worn smooth yet! Not at all tender footed, but they became painful when the nubs fell off! Weird. Not expensive, but expensive for a flip flop, so I was a little disappointed. Really loved them while they lasted! Didn’t see anything about this happening to others in the reviews. Maybe my pair was just defective? Sad.

Really narrow. Size is UK size. Good reflexology nubs.
They aren't kidding when they say it's narrow, and the size is UK sizing. So if you have wide feet, you'll want to order two sizes up. I made the mistake of ordering only one size up, and my little toes and the outside edge of my feet overhang the flipflop body. The strap is also narrow, and feels flimsy - I'm not sure it'll hold up to sustained use especially outdoors, but I guess we'll have to see.The reflexology nubs are quite effective, perhaps aggressively so for some people. If one is not already accustomed to reflexology footwear, it may be a good idea to ease into it: wear them for ten to fifteen minutes at a time, then gradually increase the time worn as you get used to it. Speaking personally, I find them quite adequate in the reflexology department. As I said before, how durable they are remains to be seen.

IT HURTS SO MUCH, but that's what was expected !
Ok so if you like shoes that hurt when you wear them. THIS IS THE SHOE FOR YOU. I got these for my aunt (she loves shoes that hurt) but she can only find slides of these kinds of shoes. I thought they would arrive in 2-3 weeks (as said in the delivery instructions). But they came the same week I ordered them. They look like they will last a LONG time. It seems a little small so order a little bigger. They came in perfect shape and not like the pictures of the other reviews. THEY LOOK EXACTLY LIKE THE PICTURES. BTW I ordered a black and grey shoe.SO SORRY FOR THE LONG REVIEW.

Highly overpriced and a low quality product
First one had the nubes breaking within a month of purchaseI contacted their customer support and sent a replacement right awayReplacement is also pretty worn out after 4 months of in house useAll in all, I just didn’t like the quality at all and how overpriced it is. Not worth the price at all and I won’t recommend it

Completely loose, totally uncomfortable
The straps of the flip-flops are so large that they do not hold the foot at all.The flip-flops are completely loose, to the extent that it is impossible to walk in them. Also, even though it was my right number, the surface of the flip-flops doesn't fit my foot's ups and downs(I have completely regular feet).Big disappointment.

Give it time
I have been suffering with severe planter fasciitis for over a year and have developed a bone spur. I have tried all other means of relief and became desperate. I thought I would give it ago, they turned up within a few days which was a nice surprise as was a week early. The flip flop looked nice too. My first time of wearing them was hell, if you have ever stepped on your kids Lego this was worse. I decided that I would try 10 mins a day it wasn’t until day 8 I realised I still had the flip flops on after an hour so kept them on. When I took them off that evening for once in a year I didn’t feel pain, instead my feet felt light like walking on feathers. I would highly recommend these but just give them time to get comfortable

Unbelievable result!
I took delivery of these flip flops 6 hrs ago. They fit perfectly but was sceptical something so flimsy would do anything! Put them on & few hours later I can walk with no pain. Have had problem feet for years swelling & ankle pain. Drs put it down to meds I am on for bp & gave painkillers. I am so delighted with these I can't say thank you enough. This is a true story believe me. Buy a pair!!

They defeat the purpose - not recommended
I’ll give them 1 star for their looks - they are pretty. But the rest.. defeats the purpose. The upper bit is not large enough so this makes them tight, my feet wouldn’t go all the way in and there’s space left at the front of the shoe (see the marks in photo 2. I’ve been wearing them for about 10 minutes only). The sole is interesting, I could get used to the “massage”, altough quite painful. These are supposed to be slippers for people with tired legs. And tired legs and feet get swollen. There is no way a swollen foot would go in these slippers. The pictures are taken in the morning, when my feet were rested. All in all, unpleasant experience. Perhaps their other models are better.

Painful
I am unsure what I can say nice about these other than they are a pretty colour. If you have swollen feet they won’t help because you can’t even get them on your feet to start. If you do manage then they are quite painful on the bottoms of your feet. This might get better with wear and usage but being as I have to shove my foot in them and then the tightness causes more swelling I shall never find out. An expensive purchase for nothing.

Terribly uncomfortable and poor design
I have worn flip flops nearly all my life. These are without doubt the worst ones ever. The inner straps cut into both feet and the soles were heavy and like stiff boards. I thought they may loosen up but they got progressively worse. After a couple of days it was so painful cutting into my feet that I returned them. The seller refused to give me a refund as I had worn them!!! How else am I going to give them a fair shot? I have very rarely returned anything in my life.I advise people to avoid this inferior and atrocious product like the plague.
