Marx is the genius, no doubt about it
This book is a masterpiece. If you like economics and philosophy, you must read it. Karl Marx is a genius. I read it in paper back many years ago. No I bought Kindle edition, which is a complete set. Marx, perfectly underlined, what Charles Dickens, were descring in his books. That is exploitation of children and youth women, without pay. Once again Marx is genius. Read it.

..my friend, business man said me, read this and then we can talk what is money.. I thought book of communism? But then Karl Marx started to talk to me and in my opinion that was maybe the best book what comes from an idea of making money. Thank you my friend and Karl Marx for writing this book.

I wish Kindle would provide real page numbers for citation purposes.
Great e-book, but, as a grad student and researcher, I wish Kindle would provide the real page numbers of the text for citation purposes.

tedious, verbose, long winded very very very long books.
I just started reading this book. It is very tedious, verbose and long winded. The book is much much much too long. I have not read the part about communism yet but we all know where communism leads. Communism does not lead to bettering the lives of the peasants but total slaves to the state as well as mass murder of dissenters. It does not lead to what it promises but poverty and slavery for the masses as well as death. I am very sad that Marxism is alive and well in the US. Perhaps just like the great depression the economy is being put into a depression by virus scare lockdowns as a way of making people desparate for a Marxist Socialist government. We already see many trillion dollar deficits and virus is excuse for socialist policies. I think the depression of the thirties was deliberately engineered by FDR to make people desperate enough to accept his socialist policies. And likewise so is the Virus hysteria fear lockdown depression.

Beware of bad translation!
Obviously, an extremely poor translation from German, since the translator can't even get the title right! As absolutely every other translation affirms, it should simply be called "Capital." To make such a sophomoric error is unforgivable.
