Resque Alcohol Free Hair Spray 12oz

I didn't want to believe the otehr reviews, but it's true: water works as good as this stuff.

I had used Resque Hair Spray for about 15 years when I discovered the company making it had gone out of business. I was devastated! I tried a new hairspray every week for about two months and hated every one of them. So, I cut my hair. A couple of weeks ago I found an old, empty bottle of Resque in my closet and decided to Google it in the off chance that another company might have bought the formula and started making it again. I was thrilled to find this on Amazon, a little bit nervous about buying a product that hasn't been manufactured for a couple of years, but I decided to take the chance and order some. Boy, am I happy I did! Age has not changed the product and it is just as I remembered it. I bought two bottles and I don't want to think about what happens when they are gone... I do hope that some company might resurrect this brand.

Not my favorite. Find little white flakes in my hair.

I like that there is no alcohol in this but I don't think it really holds all that great. It does seem to help a little but then again I only use a little cause I hate hair spray looking hair. Maybe if I used more it would hold better.

Resque is a good hair product that was discontinued in stores. It is difficult to find a non-alcohol hair spray so this was handy. Delivered in a timely manner. Would recommend.

should have paid more attention to the comments concerning the less than favorable smell. overall i would not buy this again, based on the scent alone not to mention that less than stellar performance as an alcohol free hair spray

Excellent non-alcohol hair spray. No sticky build up in the humid Florida climate. Doesn't dull hair and is priced right. I have used it for over 20 years.

This is a water based hairspray that has been discontinued. I have used it for 18 years and it is much easier on my hair than alcohol based hairspray.
