Amazing bit of kit!
This is just great. I needed a wash hand basin in the smallest of WC room. This does the job perfectly. Everything you need is included. Tap is lightweight plastic but looks the part and does what it's supposed to. The quality overall is excellent. Would highly recommend this item. Many thanks for getting me out of a tight spot.

The tap is of poor quality
the tap is of poor quality and I had to replace just few months after installation. It caused a bad leak and labour cost plus cost of new tap was almost the same as the initial cost of the product. Seller expects to be contacted if product causes leaks even in an emergency otherwise, full refund will not be given.

Tiny loo
had a small space and this was ideal. It is so cute, if you can say that about a loo. The water used to wash hands goes into tank to be used to flush.

Great Service, super product!
Finally got round to replacing our utility room loo, been on the list for 14 years! Found this and it’s perfect for a small room. Great service, prompt delivery and straightforward to fit. It looks great too! Responded well to an issue I had with the cistern fill, all resolved. Happy Customer!!

Well pleased
Item is excellent although the seat is rather thin. Well packaged. Assembly instructions were a little short on content but any time served plumber would have no problem. The delivery people were brilliant; very kind, helpful and understanding.
