Good sturdy sledge that's fun to use
Really good fun. It's surprisingly easy to control and it pretty quick too. We have one of these and a normal plastic sledge and the kids are fighting over this one. They much prefer it. It feels pretty sturdy too. A bit pricey though and does look a bit rude if you're sat on it with black trousers!

Finally I've found a strong sturdy sledge - really good fun
This sledge is definitely the best we've ever purchased.My son, age 11, and his friends loved it. As my husband wasn't getting much chance to have many goes I've had to order another one!!It was easy enough to steer down the hill mainly by balancing the body and legs.Once other sledges had stopped towards the bottom of the hill - this one just kept on going that bit further.All the other sledges we've bought even for the same sort of price have broken after just a few days use.We've only had a couple of days out in the snow so far with this one, but it seems so strong I am expecting it to last a long time.

A must for winter/snow holidays
My girls tried these at a snow activity centre. Easy to carry, easy to navigate, solid in production, hope they will fit in the car for a ski holiday.

We managed to use this Zipfy a few times last winter and it proved popular among young and old. Great fun!

I ordered three and this one looks shabby
I am satisfied with purple and pink but this red one looks worn and has a dig in it. It really looks like it has been used as, the moulding looks worn and has marks. Add to this that the box was mashed and open and the stickers are crumpled up like they have been taken off and put back on. I'm not very happy and will be requesting a replacement on the basis that one of grandchildren is going to notice that his present is not shiny new like his siblings. My thinking is that this red model has been knocking around for a while or has been a display or demonstration model. I am not happy.

Not the cheapest, but damn good fun.
With a decent amount of snow arriving last weekend we got the old sledge out and realised that, for reasons unknown, it had developed a big crack along the bottom.. ..time to find a new sledge.We had a quick check on the websites for various garden centres, car parts stores, and outdoor/camping stores and stumbled across the Zipfy. A check on YouTube showed a few videos of kids smaller than my son using it and having great fun, so we thought we'd shell out a few extra quid.We took the Zipfy to a local hill where there are several good toboggan runs. Other sledges were getting to the bottom of the hill, a few were even making it 10 yards or so on the flat at the bottom of the hill. My son pushed off and shot down the hill, reached the bottom and made it further than any of the other sledge on the flat. It really seems to have great runners.There were several parts of the slopes where large frozen tufts of grass made moguls, or kids had rolled up large snow balls and formed ramps on the hillside. The Zipfy takes these with ease - I think the seating position and the handle make it easier to take and land jumps. There's a photo I have attached to the main product pictures here that show's my son in mid air on his Zipfy.It works well for adults too. I'm 6 foot 3 and had no problems using it. My wife and a few other adult friends also had a go and thought it was superb compared to their own sledges.It's also really light, so you can sling it over your shoulder and climb up the slope without having to drag a sledge behind you.In conclusion I'd say that the Zipfy isn't cheap, but it is a well designed item that gives a *lot* of enjoyment.

Love these things!!
I've meant to write a review for ages! I bought these for Christmas 2018, and we just love them! They are so light and easy, no more lugging a heavy sled up the hill! Because of their size they store and travel well, also they perform well in all snow types, from wet and slushy to light and fluffy and it can handle even the grownups! They are durable, ours have had lots of use and still look new. I love them so much, I'm back on here looking for a third one so I dont have to share anymore, ha!

Macht einen recht guten eindruckAber auf einer nicht präparierten piste nicht zu empfehlen . .. sprich auf weichem schnee unter normalen verhältnissen nicht zu empfehlen ..Auf der piste top macht mega spass

Neat sled
I had never heard of these sleds until my daughter's friend came over with one. It ripped down the hill where my daughter's flat plastic one didn't want to go. Ordered one for us and it's awesome, totally worth the price. Will be picking up a 2nd one to add to our outdoor collection for next winter.

Bobs super aber falsche Farben
Die Bobs sind super.Aber von 4 Bobs ist 3 mal die falsche Farbe gekommen.Grundsätzlich egal welche Farbe der Bob hat aber wenn man schon ein Farbangebot hat sollte man das auch einhalten.2 Grün/Schwarz bestellt ist 2 mal grün/dunkelgrün gekommen.1 Schwarz bestellt kommt der schwarze mit dem hässlichen aufkleber.Den einzig richtigen den sie geschickt haben war der Gelb/Schwarze.

Great Handling. A must have for snow sliding.
I didn't really like it on the first time on a very power snow because I get stuck and fell over all the time, but once the snow is more compacted, woooooo. this thing flies!!! and you can stop it very easily with your two feet, great for winter.

Auch bei wenig Schnee flitzt er....
Tolles Gerät, welches auch bei wenig Schnee voll abgeht! Schade, daß keine Halterung für einen Henkel oder Schnur ist, auf längerer Strecke nicht angenehm zu tragen.... Trotzdem volle Punkte

Geschwindigkeit und Spaß - einfach toll!
Wir haben den Bob für unsere Tochter gekauft... Sie ist happy und nach dem ersten Rodel-Ausflug, habe ich noch auf der Rodelpiste, einen Zipfy für mich bestellt! Sehr cooles Teil, auch gut lenkbar durch Gewichtsverlagerung. Diese Teile machen einfach nur Spaß!Wer nicht gern flott unterwegs ist, sollte aber die Finger davon lassen, denn die Geschwindigkeit, die man mit dem Zipfy erreicht, ist schon beachtlich! Einfach toll und das Beste man schleppt sich nicht kaputt, denn die Zipfys wiegen noch nicht mal 2kg.

Keine Möglichkeit für eine Schnur
Die Lieferung kam noch pünktlich vor Weihnachten, allerdings überlege ich, dass der Zipfi - Bob im Vergleich zu den anderen total unpraktisch ist, da nirgendwo eine Schnur angebracht werden kann. Die Konkurrenz hat vorne immer ein Loch für eine Schnur. Den kann ein 7jähriges Kind nicht auf einen Rodelhang hochtragen:-(

Zischt ab wie die Feuerwehr
Wir durften den Zipfy im Urlaub kennenlernen und mein Sohn (damals 4 Jahre) war total begeistert. Klar musste so ein Teil jetzt auch zu Hause her. Preis/Leistung ist absolut in Ordnung und auch bei wenig Schnee können die Kinder aber auch Erwachsene super den Berg runter sausen. Macht wirklich viel Spaß.

Gut aber falsche Farbe und wirkt gebraucht
Grundsätzlich ein super Bob...Mein Sohn hat ihn in blau, nun wünschte sich meine Tochter einen mit rot/rosa.Er kam in einer ganz anderen Farbe und wirkte gebraucht.Da es kurz vor Weihnachten war und wir in den Winter Urlaub wollten, konnten wir ihn nicht mehr umtauschen.

Rodelspaß garantiert
Absoluter Hit! Die Kinder 3 und 5 Jahre fahren auch schon damit und können trotz der Geschwindigkeit super lenken. Auch bei wenig Schnee fahren die Bobs super. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Nicht sehr hohe Qualität der Herstellung auch nicht sehr bequem zum Sitzen darauf,aber leicht und liebenswert.Die Farben sind wirklich hell und schön.
