L'Occitane Ultra Rich Body Cream, 6.9 Ounce

I love this L’Occitane body cream. I’ve been using it for a couple of years now. When COVID closed the stores temporarily and I was out of supply, I was happy to see that I got get it through Amazon. It’s simply my preferred body cream. It’s not heavy on my skin, clean scent, and nourishing. I use it after showering instead of lotion. It keeps my dry skin, especially in winter months, supple and refreshed. It may seem a little pricey, but it lasts a long time. You only need a little to cover the body. I recommend it - for sure.

For me, this jar and its contents are worth every penny.You won't need to use a lot when applying: I use it mostly on the back of my hands, and a couple of other places that *always* get dry, particularly during wintertime.Being in a tub, as opposed to a pump bottle, you have more control in the amount you use each time: its thick yet light, not greasy or runny, and maintains its consistency over time, never separating.I use it once or twice a day, mostly at home: once before I leave for work, once later at night after showering. It feels slightly cool and definitely soothing while going on.One jar lasts me about 6 months, or more: for less than the price of a single iced mocha and pastry at you know where, I get a month's worth of fabulocity thanks to L'Occitane.In these terms, this is an affordable, quick way to be good to myself. ;)

I've used this product for over 14 years. I use it twice a day, everyday. My skin has been very dry since I'vehad an autoimmune disorder that cause my skin to be red and dry. One of the Dermatologists I saw at Johns Hopkins told me about it. Then I saw it on QVC when I happened to pass by the channel one day. That was my first purchse of this cream. Since then, I've purchased it from L'Occitane,Sephora,Amazon or on the Q. I love when I can get the large, double size,jars. But they're only availasble a few times a year. This cream is the deepest, most long lasting moisturizer for the body I've ever used. I'd tried many, many different creams prior to finding this one. The price is more than fair for the value recieved. A little goes a long way. My skin drinks it in and it leaves no sticky residue. Also, my skin is very sensitive, and this cream does not irritate my skin in any way. In fact it's very soothing. If you're on the fence asbout spending $39 for 7 ounces, please just try one jar. A bit on the pricey side but my skin feels so soft and hydrated throughout the day. I really like the scent, consistency, and feel. I feel like my legs look very nice every day. Overall it is a nice luxury buy.

My daughter received this product one year for Christmas. It was too heavy for her because she has combination skin, so she gave it to me to try. I have very dry skin and eczema so I used it and I love it. For those individuals who have extremely dry skin, especially in the winter, this product is great. I use it especially on my heels during the winter as well as the summer months when wearing sandals, because it works so well. It is a little pricey, so I use it sparingly. When I do splurge and purchase it, it makes me feel like I am treating myself.

I was introduced to this 'rich body cream' via another L'Occitane purchase I made, via a small sample packet of it in the box. When I applied the little sample, I couldn't get enough of it. My dry skin was in heaven!!! I swear by L'Occitane lotions and creams. They have a substantial amount of shea butter, which has wondrous properties to enhance skin of all ages. Read the ingredients and you will see the percentage of shea butter is substantial. This is NOT a cheap, watery cream. It is thick and creamy and light. IT IS DIVINE!!! Its clean, fresh smell is subtle. It is worth every penny and I will be purchasing again and again.

Very wonderful moisturizer. I am giving it 4 stars, b/c I'm not sure that I'd buy it again at this price, but it is a nice product. It reminds me of a faint baby smell to it, which I like. Being pregnant, I am even more picky about my scents and lotions and this feels pretty luxurious and silky.

I have been using this body cream for years and would not change for the world. Having said that, a year ago Perlier were selling a very similar product claiming to have the same amount of shea butter, but with lavender included. It was half the price of L'Occitane, so feeling somewhat frugal, I bought it. It was a waste of money and I soon returned to my old faithful. I had particularly dry body skin and by using this cream each day after my shower, my skin has improved no end and does not feel at all dry. The cream is not too heavy but not light either. It soaks in beautifully and does not mess up any clothing. This is certainly the very best body cream on the market and believe me, I have tried everything from Chanel to Erno Lazlo and then some. L'Occitane have got it right with this cream.

Ich verschenke diese Körpercreme gerne. Sie ist besonders geeignet für sehr trockene Haut, meine Freundin liebt es nach der Dusche sich damit einzucremen (sie hat sehr trockene Haut), aber aufgrund des Preises ist es halt eben ein Geschenk als eine alltägliche Bodylotion. Duftet gut und ist sehr reichhaltig und hochwertig.
