I was looking forward to this. My original Roku remote was gently wearing out after two years. This one looked lovely, and the price was excellent. When I began using this item, it felt so light and flimsy that I hoped it would not soon break. But it did. After one day, the arrow keys began making a new sticking sound. The second day, it stopped working entirely. Amazon states my refund has been issued, but I have not received it yet. But there's still time.I advise against purchasing this item or from this company because of their apparent and actual poor quality. I am back to my old remote and wary of purchasing another replacement, lest it prove as cheap as the Gvirtue one.

Horrible remote control. It seemed like it would work and be just fine. But l was wrong to believe that. I’ve had it only five months, and it has already stopped working. I didn’t expect or want fancy dancy, but I did expect the damn thing to last longer than five months! None of the shortcut buttons works; I can’t toggle to the “main menu”; I can’t do anything. What a cheap piece of garbage. Don’t waste even a nickel on this trash.

I ordered a different one and had to return it even though it was supposed to work for my model. This remote worked out the box. No issues, no excuses, no fuss. Just linked right up. I am not sure why the star rating asked about thickness but everything else was a 5 for me so 5 stars all around.

this is exactly what we needed, price is perfect, there is no setup, just throw 2 AAA batteries in it, point click and you are back at it binge watching real housewives of some embarrassed city! I have bought 3 of these over the past year and they all work great!

It works. However, the button tactile response is very soft. They need to be pressed down quite a bit for them to work. Would not buy this brand again.

We temporarily lost our original Roku remote so we bought this to replace it. It works as to be expected but most importantly the button selection is great. Since we cut out netflix it's really nice to have buttons like Hulu, Amazon, and Youtube as we use them a lot.

Found a Roku 1 device when we moved into our new house. No remote though. So I purchased this and it works just as it should. Yes it is IR remote, meaning you have to point it at the device, but I’m 45 and every remote I’ve ever had is that type so no big deal. For the money this is definitely worth it.

The buttons are not as firm as normal roku remotes. Makes it hard to press buttons in the dark. Works great. Just requires a harder press to hit the buttons.

Works well, I'm satisfied with the product, no difference compared to the original. I'm surprised by the quality of the remote.
