ALONG Windshield Repair Kit - Windshield Crack Repair Kit with Windshield Repair for Car Windshield Repair Kit & Glass Chips and Cracks

I have a small chip in my windshield about the size of a pea. I had a bit of difficulty getting the small plunger part right over the hole in the glass but after a few tries I finally got it. Luckily my chip wasn’t too far down on the windshield so I was able to look from inside the car and up underneath to make sure I had it in the right spot. I followed the directions and as I put a few drops of resin in I watched the chip disappear except for one tiny spot. I may try again later with a second application to hopefully make the rest of the chip disappear. Now the real test is waiting to see if it holds and prevents the chip from spreading. Directions were easy to follow. I did notice some misspelled words though ( just FYI for the manufacturer).

I wound up needing to add more of the fill fluid than instructed (basically a second round) but other than that the product fully served its purpose. See my attached before and after photo. As long as you follow the instructions (give or take the amount of fluid needed) and the chip is in proportion with what this kit is designed for you should be pleased with the results. I'm writing this review months after the repair. Even with our harsh Texan summer heat I can no longer tell exactly where the crack was.

Maybe or maybe not it sealed the crack but if it does it won’t make the crack bigger. Time can tell.

I used this for a star shaped crack on my windshield which I had to repeat the process for filling the cracks several times, but it absolutely did work! I also used this for chips, which I tried directly putting a few drops of resin on which wasn't enough, so they had to be filled in using the full process with the funnel as well. Overall a great product and worth a try before replacing your windshield!

I've used every windshield repair kit sold, and this is the best one. It's smaller and more focused, but the tip really does better at forcing the liquid into the cracks. The cure strips also seem to work a little faster/better/cleaner as well on longer cracks. I'm going to keep one of these in reserve. There's nothing as good as this.

The product performed well. Plan on having a hair drier ready to help draw product into the final cracks from inside the vehicle. Hard to tell how many drops have come out of applicator. Do not get material on skin ad wipe up extra with gloved hand and paper towel, it is really thin so it can get to where it needs to. Has a strong odor when wet, cures well when covered with activation sheet and sunlight. Wear disposable glove and be careful not to get on skin and clothes.

The package arrived intact. The instructions were very easy to follow with all the details. The kit has everything you need to repair windshield. It works mainly for small areas and it works well. I did it all by myself without any help and the result is good. It is a good purchase.

Got hit by a bouncy ball sized rock, which left a hole with 4 cracks leading out of it on my GMC Envoy. the largest crack was close to an inch out of the hole. The instructions are mildly vague, but still usable if you pay very close attention. I used Youtube videos to supplement the instructions.It didn't make it disappear all together, but this kit fixed it well enough that it doesn't draw my attention. The repair has lasted a couple weeks and looks just great.
