Easy clean up.
This is my second one for myself. I needed one for my camper after loving the one I use at home. I also bought one for a gift for mu niece and she loves this roasting pan. Ive cooked turkey, chickens and lasagna. Its my go to pan.

Don’t waste your money!
This is a lie, 5e pan isn’t even copper it’s just lightly coated in copper and after a few days or a couple uses started to scratch and flake away.This was a WASTE of nearly $70! I don’t know that I can even get a refund for this piece of junk and I followed all the instructions to preserve the pan! Honestly don’t waste your money, just stick with old fashioned pans that you have to use oil with.
