I was sorry that they have gone to subscription basis that outright purchase and my option as to when to renew.

Takes a long time to install

Very user unfriendly. Have been using the billpay for 5 years now I cannot use it without MAILING THEM ALL ME INFORMATION that they have on file. Will not buy again.

The program loads very slowly because it does the now almost universally standard internet 'Mother May I' license check before automatically downloading and installing any available 'updates' for which you have no choice. The subscription model sucks because they have crippled Quicken Premier 2016 and Quicken Premier 2017 data updates/downloads forcing users to abandon these versions in favor of the 2018-2019 version. Two years ago the new owners proudly announced that there would no longer be any incompatibility between versions' data files. Indeed this has proven to be true. Unfortunately the only fully functional version is now the current one, so their 'enhancement' has ultimately proved to be a Pyrrhic victory for us users. Intuit made a very poor decision when they sold Quicken to these shysters. I suspect the next kick in our users' pants will be steep price increases. I'm actively looking for an alternative.
