Came with European outlet so I can't plug it in without buying a converter, came with no instructions, wasn't wrapped or anything so looks like it was returned by someone else.

As soon as it came it we immediately plugged it in to use it excited. The flashlight actually began to smoke and the light went out. Fresh out the box less then 5 mintues and it is broke!! Don't waste your money. I wish I hadn't

Everything is fine but I was given the European style adapter need it replaced.
I have an issue with the adapter. I received a European style 240V adapter instead of the US style double blade. Can you please send me the correct adapter for Canada. Let me what is best to do I am in the middle of incubation period and I need the light just can't use it without batteries.
