Jaco Convertible Equipment Bag 2.0 MMA Duffelbag/Backpack (Black/Warm Red)

This bag just arrived and I can't wait to give it to my Dad! First impression is that the materials are very sturdy and durable feeling. I was practically sweating when I bought the bag because it's the most money I've ever spent on a gym bag. Seems like it will last forever so no buyer's remorse here!FEATURES:- Heavy Duty zippers and pulls- heavy rubberized bottom with three grommeted air holes- rubberized thick mesh on the open areas - not your typical wimpy nylon mesh.- left side panel is lined with a foil insulating material for keeping water bottles cold.- right side panel is the same size but not insulated.- a zippered compartment at the top of the backpack where the backpack straps stow away when using the bag as a duffelbag. Alternatively, the dufflebag strap can hide inside there when using as a backpack.- a huge zippered compartment that opens up at the top and along the back to store a laptop or papers, magazines, whatever. This is lined with a soft, low-pile fleece-like material.- hard top compartment that opens up into a hard case big enough for those oversized sunglasses and a cell phone. my GoPro camera fits inside here too.- when using as a backpack, there are two big open mesh panels. When using as a duffelbag, the entire top is mesh.- The duffelbag conversion creates a separate compartment, so two total compartments -- one for sweaty clothes and one for your gear.- Looks-wise, the logos are embroidered onto the front and top of the bag, and the side logos are heavily screened on -- I can't imagine this will flake off like the logos on some other, less-expensive bags I've used,Dad swims laps several times a week for exercise. He can put his swim snorkel, workout fins (not long enough for scuba fins), gloves, etc in one compartment, and his wet swim trunks and towel in the more open second compartment, and goggles in the hard top compartment!I plan to get one for myself and my fiance. We take Krav Maga classes and need the space for our bag gloves, boxing gloves, shin guards, arm wraps, etc... It will be nice to have a separate compartment to keep a second change of clothes for nights we stay for more than one class.THANK YOU FOR MAKING A QUALITY PRODUCT!!!

It is really cool, really wide, so much things i can fit in... but... it is waaaaay to big for a girl like me (5'2'', 105 pounds) and i look funny when i wear it :( i didnt buy the pink compact version because i thought it was going to be too small and i need to fit boxing gloves, shin guards, bjj gi, laundry and a bunch of other girl stuff. the functionality is great, but if you're a tiny girl like me i would recomend something else, take my word for it.

Piece of crap. Stitching comes apart and bag falls apart. Three other guys I know with the same bag all had it fall apart on them. Very disappointed with the quality.

This review does not allocate enough characters for me to completely explain how amazing and awesome this bag is. Not only does it hold all of my gear but it also has room for cold or hot food, sweaty clothes, hard case for valuables like sunglasses and cell phones. I have searched all of for the best bag I could find and this is it. Its also the biggest gear bag I could gind for martial arts next to buying a hockey equipment bag or something. COMPLETELY SATISFIED!!!!!!

This bag is great! It can hold my shin guards, boxing gloves, MMA gloves, hand wraps, water bottle, shorts, shirt, cup, and a lot more. Whenever I wear this people always take notice of it, compliment, and often times ask where I got it from.This is great even if you don't train though. Sometimes if I am going somewhere over the weekend I will pack this full of clothes, hygiene products and anything else that I need.
