Eureka!
Perfectly fix my issue. My Kitchen aide KAWS700JQ0 stopped working. It would not agitate anything but me. It just made a weird buzzing sound as it fail to start the motor. I had no way to test the capacitor but for a few dollars I gave it a whirl. Low and behold, I am now washing again. Safety is paramount when working with anything electrical. Wear proper PPE and discharge before handing.

Radical different than the original
For starters I wasn't happy with the radically different pin condition.I was wondering why the weight and size difference was extreme. I opened the original and noticed a coil at the bottom.I had to scrong around for male and female blade connectors hoping the phasing was right. No real indication. Wasn't confident with it missing the coil or not having the same pin configuration I gave it a try. Washing machine worked for a week and is now giving me similar errors.
