MY PROBLEM: I would run my Eufy 11s and after it did it's thing and went home to charge, it would have a blue light until fully charged and then the light would turn red once it was fully charged. I wasn't noticing any issues with it vacuuming, but a red light is a red light- and I didn't want it to end up dying on me- so I reached out to Eufy Support because the manual doesn't say anything about a solid red light with no beeps?BACK STORY: I had already had my Eufy 11+ replaced (purchased through Amazon and less than 6 months old) with the, when they sent me a refurbished replacement of the Eucy 11s. However, with it already being a replacement I only had a 90 day warranty on the newer robovac, and that ended in September 2019 (it was now October 2019- of course).RESOLUTION: Eufy Support emailed me back, with a couple of "trouble-shooting" suggestions and were quick to remind me that my 90 day warranty expired in September. Their suggestions included:1- cleaning the contact pins (already tried)2-trying another outlet (already tried)3- turn off the main switch and remove & reinstall the battery.During my research on the PROBLEM I found that Amazon sold replacement batteries that weren't too expensive (especially in comparison to the cost of a new robovac), so I decided to go ahead and replace the battery at the same time that I "removed & installed" it.THE FIX: ...it worked! The battery does not come charged at all, so I went ahead and let is run its morning routine on the "bad" battery. But once it had returned to the dock, I went ahead and followed the instructions that Eufy sent me on how to open up where the battery is kept (it's really easy... two screws and the battery is "clipped" in) and swapped out the battery... let it charge overnight... and it's good to go! -no red lights!

2nd UPDATE - I reached out to the seller and they honored the warranty and sent me a replacement battery. I truly appreciate their customer service. I hope this new battery will last.UPDATE - like many others, it charged and ran fine for 1 month. My window for return ended on March 6th and as of March 20th, it will no longer charge completely. Changed my rating from 5 stars to 1.Although the seller doesn't list the battery as compatible for the Ecovacs Deebot N79S, many reviews stated it was an acceptable replacement. The battery connector was a fit and the battery charged as it should. I'm not sure how long a charge will last with this battery but today, it ran for the two hours needed to clean all my rooms and still wasn't in the red when it returned to the charging station. I couldn't be happier.

I installed this battery as a replacement for my Deebot N79. Factory battery lasted about a year and still worked, but lost charge after only about 25 minutes so I bought this to replace. Now it runs like new! Only had it about 2 months with no issue. If anything changes I’ll update accordingly.

Got this for my Eufy Vacuum and it worked great for 45 days. Now the Eufy has a flashing red light when its charging and their support doesn't know what's causing it. Just got the Eufy recommended battery (Amazon # B07DHJKKBV) and its working fine. Unfortunately I missed the return window by 15 days.

Didn't last too long. Maybe 300-400 charges. Original one lasted about twice that.

I bought this for my Ecovacs N95S. It worked perfectly initially and my vac stopped the beeping sound it was making with the older battery. After replacing the battery, the vac was working fine. Then one fine day, the vac started beeping again the same way as with the old battery. When the vac is put to recharge, it starts charging and after a while it starts beeping to indicate a faulty battery. I assume battery is not charging fully.Since this is a very short duration, I expect a replacement battery from the seller.

I bought this to replace the battery in my Deebot as it was beeping incessantly on the charger. Internet search said it was the battery. I found one listed for the Deebot, but it was not immediately available. After looking through the reviews and seeing this one should work, I gave it a shot. Works perfectly and DEEBOT is like new again.

If you have a Eufy robot vacuum that now struggles to run for even 30 minutes this is the solution! Went from a basically useless vacuum back to the original run time of over an hour. Really easy to install. Just remove one screw on bottom panel of your Eufy, disconnect old battery, and do the reverse. Takes about 5 minutes. Definitely a better option than getting a new vacuum.
