A great product to help you get calm and to sleep...
If you have a problem sleeping, this is something you should definitely look into. I would recommend what it says on the label - start with one scoop and work up to two scoops just to see how your body adjusts to it. I like the fact that when I wake up in the morning I do not feel groggy or have a "hungover effect" either! There is not bitter aftertaste, so once stirred up in your drink, you do not even notice it is in there. Just as the name says, you do become CALM and drift off to sleep...but it is not a knockout powder, like medications can cause you to feel.
