It’s used but NEW
Purchased the used one -like new optionthis is literally LIKE NEW, and that makes me REALLY HAPPY. Gear Wrench known to be the 1st CO. To come out with ratchet wrenches so they have been around for some time.This tool is Durable and robust.I’ll put up against Snap-On’s (BluePoint) model any day.

Great product just needs grip behind band
The extra wide band really helped with a stuck oil filter. I’m talking diesel truck, last oil change was 8 years ago and trucks been in the desert the last 4 stuck. Only thing it needs is grip behind the band, I had to use rubber straps between the filter and tool to create grip, only because the band is smooth. Hooked it up to a 1/2 breaker bar on extension and I’m ready to start the oil change.

Very strong, gets even the toughest filter loose
Built strong and works great. I had a filter on my tractor that just would not break loose even with a cheater bar because the strap wrench slipped. I bought this one and it broke right loose with little effort. Because the band is wide and the metal is sturdy, it grabs and holds tightly making it so much easier to remove those equipment filters. Do be aware of the sizes available for this one. It makes a difference!

Works on semi air dryer cartridges
I'm a diesel mechanic and had been using large Channel locks to remove air dryer cartridges. This has made the job a lot easier.
