I spent a lot of time looking for the correct hammock because I have an stand and I need an specific measure. After several days looking for it, I found it and ordered. Arrived just now but... IT IS NOT what they describe!!!That is the purpose of a description... DESCRIBE accurately merchandise. This item specifies in the description 142” (loop to loop). This is incorrect. This item measures only 98” loop to loop. Obviously, it does not work in the stand I have. So disappointed! 😡

I've never liked sleeping in a tent. I'm always too hot, and it's stuffy in there, and all the nylon, plus the weight and the setup... no thanks. So, for a recent two night hike I thought I'd try a hammock. After doing some research, I settled on the Wise Owl Outfitters Single Hammock. I'm a convert for life! It's lightweight, easy to setup, sturdy and comfortable. I'm a big guy (6' 4", 250lbs) so I was a little concerned with how well it would hold up. I was also a little afraid of whether I'd find myself dragging the ground because the straps had stretched out overnight. My fears were completely unfounded, however. There was absolutely no stretching, and it held me up just great over two nights.The straps are a fabulous idea. I'd never used them before, but they were great. They make it very easy to fine tune the tension and length of the hammock set up.

My kids are so sad that I had to put this hammock away from the back yard after the first snow came yesterday. They had so much fun playing. We brought it with us to camping in Cape Cod, the kid really liked it, this is a must have for our camping trips now.

i live in Arizona. The sun destroys things pretty quick. Put the Hammock in back yard in April and first of June some of the strings broke. Its comfortable but didn't last very long. I weigh 200 and wife and daughter less, so it wasn't weight related

Absolutely not what I was expecting. The material is flimsy I’ve bought towels half the price of this and they were a lot more comfortable and durable. It’s like the sewed two very flat very poor quality towels together and shipped it out! This should be priced at 15.00 shame on this vendor.

Without a spreader bar, one person is cocooned. I admit I am a small guy, but the hammock wrapped completely around me. The bright side, it makes a great chair for two.

This hammock has been outside in the rain and sunshine and some weird weather all year so far. It has held up so well, and I really love it compared to my old nylon one. Seriously great buy

The measurements in the description don't seem to be accurate. It says 142x60 in the product description. The item I received it 84 inches long (7 feet), too small for my hammock stand. Otherwise I loved the material and color, I wish I could use it.
