So far I've used this with no issues as far as producing products. I'm a little disappointed how easy it is for the heat plate to fall off the arm, but now that I have figured it out I know to be careful when swinging it. The mug press has been great so far. Easy to use and produces good product.

Have not used any attachments yet but am loving the main press. My t-shirts look so much more professional now and it's just so easy to use. So very happy I got this machine ❤️

So far so good. Had an initial issue with the screws not coming off but that finally loosened.

I was very excited to get my heat press. I did not get instructions in the box so I had to figure it out on my own! Also the counter will not count down when heat pressing so i have to use my phone as a timer (very inconvenient) Note: I did not realize that the heat press does not lift up at all, it is only a sway away to the sides.

Very easy to use. Doesn't require anything extra to put together because everything is basically ready to be used out of the box. Comes with instructions and the dos and don'ts of certain materials including washing/drying instructions for certain materials. In very pleased with my purchase and would recommend it for others.

I've had this machine for 5 months, used it maybe a hand full of times, the last time I used it, it acted crazy the Temp went way up, it got super hot, I had to take it outside to cool if off, I was afraid it was going to spark and start a fire and it had a burning smell like melted plastic, so I replaced the Temp Box, but as soon as I turned it on it sparked like it was going to catch fire and blew the fuse to the New Temp Box I had just ordered. So I got online and tried to order a replacement temp box and it said replacement not available at this time, I don't want to spend another $100.00 for new temp box and I defentily don't want to order a whole other machine for $300-$400 dollars. Can anyone help me contact the seller or manufacture of this Heat press please???

I’m really glad that I purchased this set. It is really really easy to use and it heats up fast and stays hot.It’s made my customizing of shirts a lot easier.

I am starting a new business from home and this set has completely left me speakless. I have made hats and shirts and mugs. I use vinyl and direct image print onto the shirts using this machine.
