The Lower AVT air scoop is designed to introduce a RAM-AIR effect by directing COLD air into the intake from the lower fog light hole of your BMW e46 M3. The AVT scoop is especially effective at producing more horsepower at higher speeds(35mph+). Recommended to be used with the upper AVT intake scoop.
