Does straight lines instead of random bumps similar to higher end robots that have mapping but without any of the fancy sensors. Great for a robot at this price point. The only con I had was sometimes it would have to stop and... think? In my video you can see what I mean near the end. Also in my video you can hear the rattling and buzzing it’s making. Not sure if it’s a defective unit or if it’s how they all are. Makes me concerned about the overall quality.The app is a pain to use and get connected. But once it finally connected it did all things as expected. Except the battery level isn’t very accurate and I could never get the thing to charge fully.It’s not terrible just could use some improvement. But it is cheap...

Ordered this vacuum as a Christmas present because of the price and good reviews on performance with pet hair. Unfortunately the vacuum was clearly damaged. One sensor bumper was stuck in and the vacuum on moved in one direction, backwards. You could not use the remote to alter the direction either. Once it hit a barrier it would continue to push in that direction. I thought maybe it might have been damaged in shipping or defective so I returned it and ordered it again because it was such a good price. The second vacuum arrived dirty, covered in pet hair outside and in the dirt cup and wheels. Clearly a returned product that was not checked and shipped out again. I ordered new not used. Again, this vacuum only moved backwards and could not be controlled by a remote. This one would only move about a foot and then stop. I tried fully charging with the docking station and the plug directly. It didn't matter. Needless to say, I'm very dissatisfied with this product.

I’ve had this vacuum since September 2019. I looked around a lot and compared features to price and settled on this one. I loved it! I set a schedule and it worked great until it just stopped working. I noticed the last few weeks it would get stuck a lot and I would have to manually move it but then all of the sudden it just wouldn’t clean. The buttons don’t turn it on, Alexa won’t and the app won’t. I tried everything and check it all out and there’s nothing wrong. I definitely won’t buy this model again, I will spend the extra money and get something better.

Unfortunately i had to return this unit. Easy to set and download the app, very nice feature and for the time it works seems that it did a decent job, now... for some reason after a week start to make a big noise every time its start like a blocked wheel or something. Had to return it.

It worked really well at first. Then around the 45-50 day point the battery stopped lasting long enough to do the space it had before. I followed the instructions and had the same problem with the second unit, though not as bad. It's good, but I'm sure for another $50 the name brands last longer.

It did not come with a user manual. I chatted with 2 Amazon personnel, and called customer service. NONE OF THEM HELPED ME WITH THE ISSUE. After 2 weeks it started making a loud noise when ever it started up. That would last about 15 minutes. At that point I had enough. Returned it to Amazon for a refund.

Its great for the price!! The only negative about this item is, its really basic. This may be because we replaced or irobot with this after it died. I think its a great value! But gets stuck a lot. My previous irobot was smart enough to not go into rooms i told it too.

Your browser does not support HTML5 video.  This is my first vacuum robot. After done some research, it bought this one. In general, it is defiantly not comparable to those high-end products. It is not super smart or strong suction or super quiet. But it does get job done. If you have a relatively simple floorplan and few objects on the floor, it will get all place cleaned. It might seems doing this random track thing, but it will cover all the area. I have long hair carpet in the basement, this vacuum can get most of the dirt out. As my first budget vacuum, I am very pleased with it.
