Worked great! Keeping this product.
from the Vittaci website:“HERBAL CHUMKET SHAMPOOChumket PlantThe main ingredient in our world famous shampoo is from the Chumket (Boket) Bean. Water, Chumket (Boket-Gleditsia) Extract, Ha-Thu-O (Polygonum Multiforum) Extract, Sodium C14-16 Olephin Sulfonate, Cocamidopropyl Betaine (Plant Derived), Cocamide DIPA (Sugar Derived), Polyquaternium-44, Cocamidopropylamine Oxide (Plant Derived), Cocamidopropyl Hydro-xysultaine (Plant Derived), Sodium Lauroyl Sarcosinate, Panthenol (Pro-Vitamin B5), Glycine (Naturally Derived), Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Peel Oil, Biotinoyl Tripeptide-1, Argania Spinosa Kernal (Argan) Oil, Aloe Barbadensis (Aloe Vera) Leaf Juice, Sodium Lauryl Sulfoacetate, Decyl Glucoside (Plant Derived), Disodium Laureth Sulfosuccinate, Menthol, Glycerin (Plant Derived), Guar Hydroxy-propyltrimonium Chloride (Plant Derived), Citric Acid (Naturally Derived), Tetrasodium EDTA, Caramel, Niacinamide (Vitamin B3), Melaleuca Alternifolia (Tea Tree) Leaf Oil, Equisetum Arvense (Horsetail) Extract, Sodium PCA, Panax Ginseng Root Extract, Hydrolyzed Soy Protein, Urtica Dioica (Nettle) Extract, Seronoa Serrulata (Saw Palmetto) Fruit Extract, Citrus Aurantifolia (Lime) Oil, Camellia Sinensis (Green Tea) Extract, Hydrolyzed Keratin, Biotin (Vitamin B7), Methylchloroisothiazolinone, Methyllisothiazolinone. As for how it worked on me:It smells like almonds and it’s VERY concentrated, you only need about a teaspoon’s worth to work up a thick lather - which it did very quickly. I guess that’s because of the saponin. I did a skin test and it felt fine, but on my head it irritated. But then that wore off (and quickly) and it was very tingly, like something was going on - it was like “let’s GO!” It softened my thick, normally can’t-get-a-comb-through-it hair quickly too, and the lather rinsed out - yep, quickly, and cleanly. The hair remained soft, but I decided to use a conditioner treatment just in case (Babyface Pure Protein, Making Cosmetics Bamboo Extract and Behentrimonium Chloride, all available on Amazon.com and mixed with water). The hair dried hard (supposedly because of the protein), but it softened with time - an effect of the shampoo, I hope!I hope this shampoo continues to work that wonder. Will it grow faster? I’ll update the next time I use it, anyway.Update March 30:I have used it twice since my last post about this. (The hair has remained soft, let me not forget to mention.) The second time, I messed up while mixing up a batch of conditioner and the hair, instead of being too soft as might be expected, actually became too hard. So I used the shampoo again, by itself this time. The hair came out soft, but I should have used a little conditioner to make it more manageable. I didn't, but it was all right. The hair was a little harder after my usual flat-ironing, but in time that hardness has worn off, and the hair is as soft as it has become since I began using this shampoo. Which is pretty soft, AND it has some body to it.Also, I have noticed that my hair has become even thicker, and seems to be growing a little faster. SEEMS to be, I'm not completely sure yet, and I'm sure my hair conditioner (see the mixture ingredients in my first post) contributes too, so please don't quote me on that part.Update July 2016: I'm now pretty sure that this shampoo is making my hair grow faster. And I haven't finished the bottle yet, including messing up by using other shampoos about four times.

Good natural shampoo
I can't comment on the claim that it makes hair thicker as I haven't seen any noticeable effects - then again I have thick-ish hair to begin with - but I purchased it for its hippy qualities (ingredients I can pronounce, no added dyes/scents, safe for color treated hair, etc.). It claims to be a 2-in-1 conditioning shampoo, but I still need to use a separate conditioner or I can't get a comb through my wet hair. This shampoo has a pleasant herbal scent and washes clean from my hair. I am pleased with it.P.S. I doubt anything can "delay the onset of gray hair" other than not having children or other stress...

The best shampoo I've ever used!
I absolutely love this shampoo. I've used vinegar for years to get my hair to shine (about a quarter cup Bragg's apple cider vinegar to about two cups of water, pour over your hair after you wash it and DO NOT RINSE IT OUT), but with this shampoo I get fabulous shine and a great smell. Love it!

Doesn't help with hair falling, and is overpriced
It doesn't help with hair falling or thickening my hair at all. It did feel clean, light and smell good for a short period then it gradually feels the same like normal shampoo that you can buy with one third of the price. It is overpriced for sure.

Not a good product.
Not a good product.....leaves hair flat, no body. Already losing hair do not need to give up whatever body I still had.

One to try
I've used Chumket before when a low functioning thyroid has thinned and broken my hair. It has brought great results, My hair has returned, the rest is shiny and silky. The smell is different but not medicinal. I've recommended it to others with thinning hair.Glad it can be purchased through Amazon for less, and faster than the company I've used before.

Two Stars
This seems to really dry out my hair, and I definitely have to use a conditioner

I will say that it works more as just a shampoo and using another conditioner along side it is recommended. It hasn't done much for dandruff and thickness ...
I first started using this due to having issues with store bought shampoos and conditioners which were really rough on my hair. This one has been working well for the past couple of years. I will say that it works more as just a shampoo and using another conditioner along side it is recommended. It hasn't done much for dandruff and thickness of hair, but it does soothe the scalp and for me personally my hair became lighter and shinier with use. I have been told by several hair stylists that my hair is really healthy, so I believe that overall it has been good for my hair.
