Oh I just love these. I am late to the party and newish at the chrome powders but now I can’t get enough and I want them all. I wondered for the great price of these would be good and YES I love them. I’m late to the chrome powder party because I’m late to the owning my own gel polish/lamp thing so I’m still learning what’s the exact sweet spot for applying these as far as curing time. If it’s not cured enough before application it won’t be slick and shiny just metallic but if it’s cured even slightly too long like 10 seconds then it won’t attach and rub in and be so so shiny. Seems like all polishes are a little different so I sure am having fun learning and making little nail swatches. I’m wondering if I’m more obsessed with the beautiful look of the shiny mirror nails or how fun it is to apply. Either way, I don’t care. I want them all. Buy them!!!

These are very pretty powders. Took away a star because I got a duplicate color. It was my favorite of all the colors so I guess it’s not such a bad deal. Also I got one color (A dark blue) that did not have the glitter look that the rest had. It did not chrome, holo, or mirror. It was just a matte dark blue. You get a different look depending on what background you put them on. I swatched on white and on black. These are not dip powders and will not harden with an activator. They are to go on top of a tack free gel top coat that has cured about 30 seconds. A third reason a only gave 4 stars is that some were not very full. I’m not too mad about that because I most likely will use these as accent nails and it doesn’t take much powder to work. Overall I got a lot of new nail options for a decent price.

These are sooo FABULOUS!! Super pigmented. I tried them on a bare nail, white base, and black base. Except for the silvers they were all the same. No need to put any color under neath and still get vibrant colors. When using with Gel polish a No-Wipe Top Coat is an absolute must! I used it as a base and top coat. I tired regular top coat with sticky layer intact and it came out Metallic, not chrome. (See Picture) With the no-wipe topcoat underneath it came out Perfectly!! A no-wipe topcoat On Top is also a MUST. If you use a regular gel top coat and then wipe the sticky layer off, it will ruin it, trust me.Also - Burnish, burnish, burnish. Rub it in (only need a little dab) really good (like polishing to a bright shine). You can use the included eye shadow sponge or your finger. Either is fine.Highly recommend. This is a super good deal for the price. Especially if you are just dying to try them out like I was and want to get your hands on a lot of colors :)

Whelp. I read the reviews, I knew the little jars might come with the caps unscrewed but I figured I could just return any that came open and spilled. I was happy when it APPEARED that all my caps were on the jars in the little packages. Well, they were on there, they just weren't screwed down at all. So when I picked a couple up, the bottoms fell and scattered glittery pigment powder far and sundry across my kitchen, me, and the eva foam I use to take pictures of products, etc. So, in case you need one more precautionary tale... when you remove the jars from the packages, don't trust them to be screwed on, carefully screw them onto the bottom of the jar.As for the product itself, they look to be decent quality pigments, in a normal amount for these little jars at this price (meaning not much, but that's what I expected). But the colors are not NEARLY as distinct as shown in the photo and a couple of the colors are almost identical. What I think are the sand, the lavender, and the maroon I can't tell you which is which. The dark gray that looks black in the picture is almost indistinguishable from the silver. And the blues just look like matte and glittery versions of the same color. I will use what didn't spill, but the colors are so far off what is shown in the pictures, it's borderline false advertising. And double check all your caps!

Can you believe that my local nail salon wants FIVE BUCKS PER NAIL for chrome powder? I was totally floored when they told me that. So I said "I don't think so!" and bought this set! The colors are great! The fact you can get a different color by applying it to a different base is great. Want a brighter color? Use on a white base color. Want a rich, dark color? Use on a black base coat. With as many nails I'll be able to do with this set - I'll save BUNCHES. Those nail techs at the salon can whistle for their five bucks per nail for chrome. I do that at home now!

What can I say?This is a great value for a truly metallic finish.A minor gripe: I got a couple of duplicates. Not a big deal by no stretch as the seller/Amazon are going to replace the item.I had two pots that opened in transport, but only a little.Once the item is replaced I will update to five stars. It's easy to apply and you only need a tiny bit for a beautiful look. (see pictures)UPDATE: I received the replacement within two days and got 18 different colors. I will purchase these again. I am a satisfied customer.

I have used different chrome powders but this is the best one, hands down!!!! You don't have to rub much to get the chrome effect. I used my fingers and I couldn't believe the results. It's full coverage! I only gave them 4 stars because you have to be real careful how you open up the jar. I had spillage

Absolutely love them. Colors come out great they do come out better if you use a small angled brush like for your eyebrows than with the eyeshadow sponge things that come with it. The photo with all the colors I used a black base but the solid gold clear and they came out great either way.

It's was ok but felt the chrome wasn't chrome enough,could have been a lot more shiny.

Really easy and fun to use

These wouldn't work on no wipe top coat but for some reason, my nail foil glue gel worked out with this. Very strange indeed yeah. Some pots seem like there was lil to no powder in them which I found irritating to justify the purchase, but then I look at the finished product and then it changes my mind, love colors and shiny, blingy things. Struggle is real 🤣😁

Not worth it.. I Wanted to do rainbow Chrome but unfortunately I got like 7 pink and no blue. Colours are pretty and shiny. Works well and easy to use. Containers are quarter full if that and super similar colours. Not worth the money!
