Once set up this product is easy to use. For some reason it tends to 'chop' the heads off of some photos and I can only use it in portrait position without losing most of the photograph. I'm sure this is something I'm doing but can't get advise anywhere🤷The only real issue I had was I had some difficulty in setting up, I emailed tech support but never received a reply. Finally managed to work out what I was doing wrong in the initial set up but only after a few frustrating hours.😕

Not very impressed- set it up OK and loaded on a few photos, and then a message saying "app has stopped" appears repeatedly. Hard restart doesnt fix it, nor does a 'factory reset' (when I managed to actually do this before the app crashed). Not a great product, it's going back for an exchange and if it happens again I will go to another model

The product was broken, tried for a few hours to fix it. I was desperate so decided to called the only support number which was in China but no one answered. So ended up calling Amazon support, they told me to switch in off and on again, of course it did nothing. Amazon was great and gave me a refund. But overall a very annoying experience.

The actual screen wasn’t attached to the frame. Had to return it. The quality of the screen definition would have been acceptable if it hadn’t been faulty.

Excellent product does what it says

Device looks good but completely inadequate and incomprehensible instructions make it unusable. If it were possible to give it a score of 0 I would. Just don’t buy it. So poor it’s almost laughable. AVOID UNLESS YOU HAVE A LIFETIME TO WASTE.

Bought as a birthday gift, arrived on time and recipient is very happy with it.

Its perfect but it will be better if they add battery to it
