I have tried several back brace/posture support products on Amazon and this one is the best. It is much easier to put on than some other products which some times requires a second person to help adjust. This one I can put on by myself and adjust by myself. The second thing I like about this product is that it provides full back support while most others only support the shoulder area. The third thing I like is that this product provides 2 extra square pads. Many people speculate that these are for the shoulder (and it can be used as such) but it also can be used to cushion under the armpit. The 2 extra squares can be wrapped around the should strap to cushion any part of the shoulder/armpit area that may feel pinched when you tighten the straps to pull slouched shoulders back.The biggest drawback to using these posture support braces consistently is difficulty is putting them on and discomfort in keeping them on for long hours. This product goes a long way to solving these two issues.

I made the first mistake of not realizing this was a justable. Once I realized the extra straps around the waist where to reinforce support I realized this is a great product. It works fairly well and is better that the simple type that only go around your shoulders. I could feel a difference instantly.

Last year I used a brace that just went across the top of my back. I felt it was helping to pull my shoulders back but I was not satisfied with the retraining effect. When I wasn't wearing it I didn't feel my posture was improving. I wear this brace every other day or so and it gets my body to feel how it should be working to improve my posture. It's a lot more than just the upper back. The brace makes you aware of your whole back down to your waist, along your sides and also stomach muscles and how all of these are necessary and work together to support good posture. I highly recommend it.

This back brace is truly amazing. When i dont wear it at work im in so much pain but when i use it at work its so much easier to do my job. I love this back brace and would highly recommend it if you have back problems. Its very comfortable and very easy to set to the perfect size. Provides the right amount of support

The product seemed to be well made, but the shoulder straps cut under the armpits at such a severe angle that I just couldn't wear it. There was no way it could be worn for any length of time over or under clothing. I didn't rate the features because I couldn't keep it on long enough without winching.

The back brace corrector is made with good quality materials. But, I would prefer a double stitch for the reinforcement for longer lasting usage. The package comes with 2 very useful shoulders / underarms straps for discomfort or abrasion if you are pulling too tight. Overall experience with this product after weeks of wearing (3-5hrs daily), it does subconsciously correct your posture when you are wearing it. As you tighten the waist straps, your lower back tends to straighten. The back of my shoulders felt a little less tension even though I pulled down all the way. My guess is because the neoprene fabric is stretchy and does not have a back support base to fully straight my shoulder. For its affordable price point, this product quality / usefulness is way better than I expected.
