This stuff is great! I was originally surprised at how small the package is for how costly it is, but then realized you only need a little bit per load. 1-2 tablespoons will do. I volunteer at a local animal shelter and feel confident washing my clothes in this detergent to remove bacteria and fungi. It has also removed the unpleasant sweaty smell from my husband’s work clothes, especially his socks. (It’s nice to have clean clothes smell clean, too.) And lastly, it’s great for hand washing caps in - I hand wash my husband’s sweat-stained, oily hand-stained, dirty baseball caps in a small amount of this detergent and it removes the stains without affecting the color or integrity of the material AND they smell so much better! I’m a repeat buyer and recommend this product.

I like the Rockin' Green hard water detergents, so I was interested in trying this. I'm not impressed. It has tea tree oil in it, which is antibacterial, but my anything with a hint of natural fiber smelled no better coming out than going into the wash, even with a soak added to the cycle. I'll use it up, but I won't purchase this variety of Rockin' Green again.I tried No Sweat for our sporting/funky clothes & that was pretty good. (Wasn't thrilled with Sport Suds either.) So far No Sweat is the winner in my opinion. I'm also test driving Nathan's, so we'll see how that compares since the sports detergents are all pretty pricey.

I bought this to help with Judo/bjj gi cleaning. I am giving two stars because the price was a little high for the product given that it did not relieve my gi smell issues and the product I found that I have the most success with is significantly lower in price. This product made the gi smell fine after washing but as soon as any sweat was back in it the smell was as strong as ever even after just the warm up.White "Zote" soap used to treat areas prior to washing is what I do now and that seems to work the best for me.

Tried this product today on a laundry with workout clothes that contained BO. Not as effective as I'd hoped base on the reviews. I will try again but, probably will not re-buy in the future. For the price if its not going to be 100% effective as described, it is not a worthwhile purchase for me.

The product didn't make much of a difference when it came to getting rid of the smell in the clothes. I play football and workout and my wife does roller derby and works out so our laundry can get a little smelly. After washing the clothes and after wearing them for the first few minutes of sweaty activities, the initial smell would immediately return. Maybe our clothes were a little too strong for the detergent.

Other than the scent, I didn't notice much difference between this and Unscented Rockin' Green. For the price, I prefer the unscented since it gets the funk out just the same.

Keeps my gis smelling fresh even when soaked with sweat! In fact, it saved a gi I had given up on. Forgot to wash one and it forever smelled sour. Even when it smelled OK dry, as soon as it got wet with sweat again, it stunk! Not with one washing, but with repeated washings with Rockin' Green (about 6 washings), the smell finally left for good. Pretty cool to have a detergent save a $150 gi that I had thought was retired for good!

We've got a couple of teenagers that work out regularly, plus do Jiu Jitsu and also wrestle on the school wrestling teams. As well dad does lots of hot yoga, and mom works out daily. Rocking Green keeps all the gear, singlets and Gi's and especially all the towels smelling great. We've been using this stuff for a couple years now and wouldn't even consider changing. Great stuff.
