Great product! Your hands are free while on the phone and the sound is excellent. It's hardly noticeable in your ear. I bought the rose gold and feel it is more inconspicuous than the white. Don't know how I did without it. Love this earbud. Directions are hard to read and implement. I suggest you scroll down to a customer review and video titled "wear these". This nice man will guide you through it with ease. I bought two to have a spare and I found there are a couple of extras that are very helpful. #1. No one can grab your phone out of your hand if it's in your handbag. Yes, it works in your handbag. I saw this happen! #2 If you walk away from your phone from one room to the other your earbud will announce you are "disconnected". Just walk back to the room you just left and it will announce device connected. Nothing to touch or adjust. #3.(My favorite) You can hear the police and EMS sirens easily with only one earbud. Works perfectly and sound quality is just right for the price. It is a little loud at the lowest setting but that is better than the alternative since it is only one earpiece and is extremely functional while being almost undetectable in my ear. I had trouble getting it to connect to my iPhone when I first got it, but I think that was due to my own error of not holding the button down long enough for the voice to say "ready to pair." Once it has connected to your phone once, it connects almost immediately every time after that.

For the price its not bad, worked good for about 5 days now won't connect to my phones bluetooth. The sound isn't great it is loud enough, didn't fit well in my ear either would start to hurt after a while. On a good note I bought it to listen to the radio at work without being caught with earbuds in and none of my bosses noticed it in there. luckly, I will add that customer service is excellent and is sending me a new one to replace the one that crapped out, I'll bump it up to 5 stars for that.

The sound quality is very good - no crackles or anything, just nice smooth good quality sound.The ear buds are actually attracted into position, within the case, by magnets so that they 'plug' into the charging docks perfectly every time. Also I think the lid of the charging case must have a magnet closure because it does not fall open if upside down.In summary, Ease of use, good quality sound, totally wireless, good time before charge, neat charging/storing case, comfortable, lightweight and stay put in my ears.

Works really well. I have had other brands that either don't charge as well, don't have the stamina, or simply don't connect when they should. This device has excellent sound, lasts longer than I need on a single charge, and is fairly easy to connect to kindle, ipod, and either Samsung or iPhone. Great investment.

Company contacted me directly about my dilemma and offered full refund, so for that I'll give this new updated review. However, product review still stands. )Music sounds great on this and would recommend for that, not so much phone calls. When speaking to someone it sounds like the person is distant and the audio quality is well. I have also heard from people I spoke to that my voice sounds tinny and "radio-y." Not sure if defect since it worked fine outside of that.

Just got these. I really like the idea of it, but the sound is off? It may be me not reading something correctly? But I was testing it with YouTube and Netflix and the sound is off with the picture. Which sucks since that's mildly irritating. It's off by 3-4 seconds which is kinda huge. Either way, listening to music is amazing! Audio is incredible. Was expecting the audio to be low but it's actually pretty loud just on low volume. Great purchase though!

First earbud didnt work so the company sent me another right away and it works great. They do fall out easy if the plastic ear piece is on that comes with them but I found taking them off and just using the ear bud it works great. Last a while and use it daily.
