Nutri Ninja Pro (BL450) Certified Refurbished Blender

This blender has completely changed my morning routine. I had been using a traditional (expensive) Kitchen Aid blender to make breakfast smoothies for the past year, but the blender was slow to blend, difficult to clean, and never gave me the consistency I was looking for (chunky smoothies aren't great). I knew there had to be a better way. Then I found the Nutri Ninja Pro. I was a little skeptical buying a "refurbished" product, but I'm so glad I did.This thing is unbelievably powerful. I fill it to the brim with FROZEN fruit and vegetables, protein powder, greek yogurt, almond milk, ice cubes, nuts & seeds - or anything else I want - and in less than 10 seconds everything is completely liquefied. No chunks, no mess. The pop tops are really convenient if you're on the go, and the blades are so easy to clean.Overall, the product is amazing. It's so fast, so efficient, and so easy to clean after you're done. It's well made and seems like it'll last a long time. Highly recommended.

I bought this blender to replace a Magic Bullet that had finally died after years of steady use. The Bullet was a trooper, but was occasionally limited by its low power, particularly when trying to deal with frozen items. The Ninja, at least so far, has obliterated everything I have served it with no noticeable complaints. It may not liquefy things to the extent that some of their super expensive models would, but for a basic smoothie maker, it does the job quite well.

I am very happy with the condition this was in, being a refurb unit. It was packaged well, appeared as new, and had all the parts as advertised. I have made several smoothies with it with both fruit and vegetables. A lot of reviews mentioned noise issues with this. I have had several different blenders in the past, and personally I did not think the noise from this was bad at all. It does get a little noisier with larger course items in it to blend, but this is to be expected. This little jewel chews right through anything that I have blended so far and does it quick! I have used combinations of fruit including Oranges with the peel on them. The peel left on is not for everybody as it does give a sharper more bitter taste. The Ninja grinds the unpeeled oranges into a fine smoothie when combined with other fruit, very drinkable. I usually do 3 or 4 quick bursts with the Ninja and then 1 or two blends of about 15 to 20 seconds and it is done! Easy to clean and does not take up a lot of counter space. I highly recommend this for anyone looking for something like this.

Approximately 9 months ago, I spent $600+ on a Vitamix & love it. However, when I only want to make a smoothie, which was the main reason I use it, it seemed like of cleaning/rinsing for a single shake. Because of the large container on the Vitamix, a lot of the shake would end up on the walls of the container. I just received this Ninja Pro and cannot tell you how impressed I am. So far, I've only made 2 shakes but there has been no chunks of frozen fruit in the shake & the clean-up is next to nothing. This product really makes a smooth smoothie--I would not be able to tell the difference between one made in this Ninja vs. my Vitamix. The included containers are perfectly-sized, can easily make 2 shakes in the large container. Much more power than I expected! I was a bit hesitant to purchase this but very glad I did.

This is a really powerful and compact blender! It makes quick and easy smoothies with either fresh or frozen foods.I wish it had the same dual blade set up the full-size version has though. It takes a lot of fluid to blend everything together. It's pretty easy to use, but I wish it locked into place with a push-button. Instead you have to press the container down pretty hard on the base to get it to work.

I bought a refurb Nutri Ninja 900 six years ago and have used it at least once a week since then. A couple of months ago I started using it every other day and it is still going strong.What prompted me to leave this review was that I was researching for a Vita-Mix considering my heavier use of the blender I'm using now. I'll keep using my Nutri Ninja till it gives up its ghostI've ordered refurbed items from Amazon before and since and have not had any problems with them.

No matter how carefully I seat the cup into the blade housing, it leaks every couple of uses. Doesn't leak every time, but often enough that I find it really annoying. Not sure if I'm doing something wrong or if this thing just sucks. Didn't have that problem with my Nutri-bullet. So much for the upgrade...

Great product. I've used it many times already - no leaking problems and easy clean up. It does require more water than I first thought to blend smoothly, but once I figured that out, it's pulverized everything I've thrown at it. The smoothies it makes are delicious, and it fits neatly away when I'm done with it. It's fairly loud, but since it only takes a couple seconds to blend everything, that hasn't bothered me or anyone around me.
