Very happy overall with the Customer Service updated the review to reflect, thank you!Used an older version of this bottle in the past and it was great. Bought this new version because the battery was dying after a few years and after a few months of using it, of course right after the return window, expired the latches on the bottom to connect it to the spinner/battery thing broke off. They seem to be the weak points… And now there’s no way to attach the battery beyond maybe gluing or taping it so overall pretty disappointed seems this newer version was a step backwards…

Love this thing! I put allot of powders in my morning shakes and this blends all of it, no problem! The whirl wind action is actually really impressive. My kids love watching it spin! They call it the tornado cup. Great product for it's value! And so pretty 😍

Don’t understand the negative reviews. Could be a one off. I charged it once, had it for over a week and used it everyday and sometimes twice a day and it still has power. I wish the cap would open with a press/push button but other than that great purchase

I really love how this product mixes up my protein powder. Works much better than a shaker bottle. The only negative is I always seem to detect a hint of an odor even after cleaning it, if anyone has a better solution or way to clean I'm open to hear it!

I really hate writing bad reviews. But here we go...I think the only good thing that I can say is that it's pretty. And I might even give three stars to the quality of the bottle.All that being said, the lock feature is no Bueno por nada. I feel like it gets warped. Probably swells in the heat & then pressure builds (live in Florida) and so you can't really get it to close completely. Like a wine cork you can't get back into the bottle. That makes the "leak proof" part of this review obviously moot.Now to the nitty-gritty... the main reason why I bought this bottle was due to the fact that it had a "blade" to mix your protein shake...sort of like a blender. Granted I knew that it wasn't a blender, but I feel like if I took it apart there would be an ant on a hamster wheel spinning this blade. Just sayin'So all in all I personally would not suggest this nor would I buy it again.Sorry company who made this. The concept ROCKS, but the execution sucks.

Amazing product. Comes with a warranty that was honored in my case, but don’t let that fool you. It is a very durable and functional mixing bottle. Last one took beatings at the gym for 2.5 years before the motor finally died on me. Big thanks to Judith from customer support for helping with honoring my warranty!

Finally writing a review. Bought this for my wife and she loves it. She does protein drinks every morning and this was a great addition for her. No more spoons trying to reach the bottom of the cup. Rechargeable base.
